Another excellent product from this manufacturer. I also purchase their whey protein isolate. Used to purchase Maxi's Thermobol. It's more expensive, so I decided to try GDZ's brand of fat burners. I don't think they actually burn fat, but assist in that by raising your metabolism during workouts. The caffeine content in most fat burners would suggest that. I think it works just fine. It gives me a nice boost, like a large cup of coffee, before my workouts. The caffeine content of the GDSHREDZ is perfect for me. Not too much. I don't get headaches or jitters like when I overdo coffee or take Thermobol. Before this, I was using Thermobol's Caffeine Free version (I couldn't handle their caffeine version which is very high). That also worked great for me, though, as I mentioned, it is more expensive. For the money, GDZ's product works for me.
