NECA Hunger Games Mockingjay Pin

I am a big fan of The Hunger Games books and the film and this product is great! It looks pretty much exactly the same as Katniss' in the movie so awesome if you want it for cosplaying or just as a fan. I looked far and wide for a pin that was the correct size/shape and price and this met all requirements. It feels very durable and as if it as no intention of breaking. The colour looks silver in the picture, but it's actually a very nice worn gold colour, like in the film. The detail is lovely and overall it looks great, not cheap or tacky. I was very happy to pay what I did for it.

Bought this pin for my daughter as she is a huge Hunger Games fan, it came very quickly and was just what I wanted. I would have preferred one with a brooch type fitting but these seem to be hard to find. This one has a push badge type fitting which is fine, it's not been worn out and about yet so can't comment on how secure the clasp is. The quality of the brooch itself seems good with a nice "aged" finish. My daughter was very pleased with it.

This mockingjay pin is amazing! I'm a huuuuge fan of 'The Hunger Games' so I feel like such a cool kid when I'm walking round school with it pinned on my blazer. It's more of a rustic, golden colour than the silver that is shown in the product picture...so it's better and more like the original pin from the actual film! Although it took longer than expected to be dispatched once it had been dispatched it arrived almost 5 days before it's estimated delivery date! Overal it's a great buy that I will treasure forever :D

The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is because I was a bit dissapointed on, first the package, I chose to buy this one instead of others because of the cardboard that said "original prop of the hunger games..." so it would have a better presentation for gifts but it was obviously printed and its not nice, and the second thing is that ON THE BACK it says "made in china" and I would have preferred having it just blank. But overall nice product, good price and it arrived perfectly.

The description and size was precise. Couldn't fault the speedy delivery, however the pin/badge was broken within 10 mins of attaching it to my bag. No force was used attaching it. I believe it was the connecting pin and the frontice of the badge itself was very tiny hence snapping off very easily. A replacement would be appreciated, however, I understand the cost was only five pound, so not too upset about the purchase itself but was disappointed for my daughter.

My 12 year old 'hunger games fan' daughter bought this. I thought it was a bit expensive when we bought it but the price does vary siginficantly. My daughter loves it. It is bigger than I thought so just to clarify it is 4.5cm from arrow tip to wing tip and 3.6cm diameter on the circle. It is a pin badge rather than a brooch fastening. It is gold in colour, with an aged look like it was picked up in the hob (or for the purer fan who read the books, belonged to your friend's aunt who had died in the arena 20 odd years ago). It looks just like Kaniss's once on a coat... As long as the hunger games craze lasts I am sure it will 'be for ever in your favour'!!! Update: It is forever increasing in favour... I'm just ordering another for my daughter's friend's birthday

If there was an option for no stars I would have picked that one, item arrived In a timely manner however that was the one and only positive. It looks very cheap and plasticky however the kick in the teeth was the back of the badge was faulty and the pin was bent, so they don’t stay together, tried to stick it onto my lanyard and with a sec the back fell off and rolled under my washing machine making the pin an absolute waste money. Very disappointed 😑

I read all 3 Hunger Games books in about 2 weeks and as soon as I put Mockingjay down, I knew I had to get this pin. I went out looking and everywhere I looked it was all like £6-8 or something, and I saw this and was like omg and I had to buy it right then. It is a good size for the pin and is about a 1cm bigger than a 50p coin. It isn't the colour it is in the picture either, like in the picture its sorta silver. Its a shiny bright gold which is nice. Also, instead of being a broach, it has a pin on back, so its so much more easier to use. Also, as its getting more popular, the price range is going up like I bought it for £3 something and now like a week later, its £5 something, so BUY IT NOW, NO DOUBTS. Because I have no regrets.

I got this pin about 1 week after I ordered it, and where I live that's incredibly fast for most things I order. Aside from the excellent delivery speed, it's an amazing product. The detail is very well done, the arrow in the bird's mouth is very narrow(unlike the last one I got), and the pin is very sturdy. It's very delicate looking wich I was really hoping for. Great quality!

No se puede pedir más en cuanto al producto. Es de metal (no se de qué metal pero es sólido y robusto dentro de lo que se puede esperar de una pieza fina). El acabado varía, en mi caso fue parecido al bronce bruñido. Lo único mejorable es el precio, quizá se hayan pasado por esto de ser una marca registrada y todo eso. Pero merece la pena. Fue un buen regalo.

Ma fille est fan de la série Hunger games, elle a été ravie de recevoir cette broche en cadeau. La broche est jolie, de bonne qualité, solide, et elle ressemble vraiment à celle des films. En résumé, un très bon rapport qualité/prix, je suis très satisfaite

The original pin in the books and the novels is more of a Gold-ish metal color. I personally prefer my jewelry silver. It is a very clean, smooth, beautiful kind of silver color. NO idea what the material actually is. The pin part is very reliable. A good buy for fans.

This pin came in the mail today, much to my delight. Here's what I love about it: -The pin seems to be true to size when compared to images of Katniss handling it in the movie. -It's made of metal, not plastic, and it has a nice weight to it; heavy enough to feel real, not too heavy for everyday use. Now, putting that aside for a moment, here are the things that you might take a moment to consider if you're trying to make up your mind about which Mockingkjay replica you'd like to have. -The product I have in my hand and the products in the customer photos are *not* the same, but they seem to be of comparable quality. Mine came in a small plastic bag with a printed label on it, not in the NECA bag. -This pin is very beautiful and very bright. If you're looking for a darker, grittier replica, the one I have in my hand is not the way to go. Of course, it seems the item you receive from this order may be distinctly different from the item I've received in mine depending on when you order it. I am personally very pleased with the product. As a collector of pins, it seems to me to be well made and sturdy enough to go on my jacket and not in my pin box. I'll come back in a few weeks and let you know how it holds out in terms of durability. Until then, I strongly recommend this pin to anyone, of any age, looking for a little piece of Katniss.
