DevaCurl Supercream Coconut Curl Styler For Unisex 5.1 oz Cream

This is just honestly the one product that I can't go without. I alternate with trying different products for curly hair (based on my budget and income, and also just based on whether they agree with my hair), but this is the one product that's just irreplaceable. It lasts for a very long time: I use it every single time I shower, and sometimes in between showers as well if my hair's feeling dry or my curls are feeling heavy. And one bottle lasts me approximately 2 years. This is with approximately waist-length, curly hair. Honestly, it's such great value for money. It's very light on my hair, and doesn't feel like it weighs it down at all. It's just transformative with curls - it gives them body and structure like no other product I've tried. It's also transformative with 'frizz' - I don't think there's a problem with having frizz, but this cream definitely tones it down by at least 80%. It's smooth and not sticky like some other creams I've tried, and leaves my hair feeling soft and healthy. I almost always get positive comments about its smell - it really smells quite fabulous. I travel around a lot, so I'm not always able to find my preferred hair products, but this is the one product I will literally always take with me, and it balances out shortcomings in any other not-so-good products I might be using.

I like buying nice hair products for my daughter as she has very curly long hair and sometimes struggles to get it looking the way she wants it to look. Products that I have bought her in the past never get used after one use as they leave her hair dry and frizzy., however, I noticed that when she uses this, each time I can see a difference and her hair looks genuinely healthier, shiny and falls nicely. It makes her hair look amazing and the difference is really remarkably noticeable. It also smells lovely. I can honestly say that the only products that work on her hair to make her hair really lovely is devacurl and this product in particular used with the others too, just makes all the difference.

I really like this product. It took me some time to learn the quantity adequate for my hair, but now it is perfect. I use it with the Deva oil and gives my curls a very nice look. My hair I think it is a 3a or 3b, for reference.

This product is super concentrated and thick, now I understand why it's recommended to only use 1-2 pumps per section. I really like this product. Though it is expensive, it's worth the price. I have 3c/4a hair that is low porosity, fine but high density. I use it in my wash and gos. You can fairly easily see how much you have used by looking at the side of the product in between the two product stickers. The thing I'd bare in mind is that it has no hold on its own, so I use the Ultra Defining Gel with it. It has a learning curve to it as at first I found it frustrating to figure out how much to use in order to get the perfect result. Best of all, it's extremely moisturising. But I find it won't work unless you put it on immediately after conditioning in the shower. I thought it wasn't going to last me long as I was using a lot during the first couple of experimental washes. But now I think it'd last me maybe 2 months if I used it as my staple product. There isn't really anything I don't like about it other than the price and availability. And maybe perhaps that gives me a very stretched look, departing from the appearance of my naked coils which are very small.

This product gives my curls added moisture AND holds them in place. It also smells gorgeous unlike some of the fakes going around on amazon. I would of given 5 stars but unfortunately for some reason the price seems to fluctuate between £20 and £40 for the same product! Why?! Disappointed because it means I cannot buy it as regularly as I would like.

Does nothing for your hair. If you have super dry hair, this product will not be for you. You need to add a decent amount, but when your hair is dry it dries frizzy and it also leaves a lot of white flakes. It is certainly not worth the price you have to pay. I have 4a hair, it’s probably best for 2’s and maybe 3’s but definitely not 4’s.

Came the first day of expected delivery. This supercream does have a high price but for me it is totally worth it. After the first use my hair felt better and look shinier. I have 3B/3C curls and I am currently transitioning, I have noticed after a few times using this cream that my curls come out more defined and I do not have as much frizz (I will pretty much always have frizz as I always have, I also pick and touch my hair a lot) I strongly believe my curls will improve even more with continued use. The smell is a light coconut scent which I find nice, I use this along with no poo, one condition, frizz free volumizing foam and ultra defining gel. I would totally recommend this product and the rest of the devacurl line to my fellow curly girls and guys.

If I could give it more stars I would! Love it! Curls are defined and not crunchy. Frizz is controlled and the smell is gorgeous! I wish it was cheaper but I will have to find the money. The frizzy curl nightmare is over. Smells amazing!

Good product

Fast delivery, packaged securely. I purchased this for my untameable wavy/curly short brown hair. The product smells coconutty amazing. The product has great texture (not greasy) and makes my hair look silky and lush. People will walk by and go "omg your hair smells and looks so good" - as they press their nose into your head. It leaves your hair soft and very playful after - no hold really whats so ever. If you have curly hair - you will love this product. I will always buy again - good price - amazing results.
