CSXDual abdominal Roller wheel with knee pad

As someone who used to box, I was out through some hellacious ab routines, workouts and conditioning exercises.One marriage and 2 kids later I have found myself out of shape and decided to get one of these thinking it would be easy.The first time I used it I performed 5 sets of 10 reps and my whole core area was in pain for at least 3 days!In other words - this thing really does give you a good ab workout and really gets your abs working!As for this particular product - it's easy to put together, feels solid and sturdy, and also comes with a knee pad which is VERY useful!All in all - very happy!

The only thing that was not mentioned that YOU have to be already in a good shape with strong core to be able to use this little useful thing. Otherwise you can damage your back really easily and badly. After you have the strong abs and you are stable and so on and so on, go ahead and use it. But not before. Don`t even try for your own sake to train with this before a warm up. I am 193 cm tall (6.4'') 83 kg.

The ab roller is a cracking piece of kit! After using this for about 3 months I can say it totally works. It targets all ab muscles and is a much fuller exercise than any sit ups. The may supplied was comfy but after a month of use worn away with my knee marks, however I not a cheap yoga block which works great. It has helped me get a flat stomach and the makings of a good six pack.

Now this is what I call excellence!1) the wheel is sturdy, its double wheels giving a wider width for better stability2) Giving a rather nice knee pad is really a good idea and well appreciated!3) product arrived on time4) good simple manual in the boxBUT MORE:5) very soon after ordering I get an email with a PDF of a pretty good exercise plan for AB development in a 10-12 week program (completely honest manual and not one of these "18/21/30 Day ABs Of Thor" type programs)6) more importantly it also addresses the fact that THE WHEEL is good but tough and u really should have some back strength to start using it properly.7) There was then another email asking what I thought of it from their customer services manager Kerstin - after I replied with some simple feedback - I got a lovely 'human' email back thanking me for taking the time to reply, that they took on board my thoughts and suggestions and that they really appreciated the time I took as feed back was importantNow overall I am gonna say TOP OF THE CLASS for making me feel that I actually walked into a shop and got great service - I know its not always possible to do so but when its done right, with a great product and a good honest exercise plan - it really makes the whole process of customer engagement shineI for one will be buying more from these guys and telling my friends about them tooWell done all around!

Fine ab roller although these devices are what they are so to speak so a cheaper one will work just as well. I have a few ab wheels and had bought this one for stand up roll outs because the extra weight on the hands can be uncomfortable on some wheels handles. With the padding on this wheel i thought it would be more comfortable unfortunately the padding is just to soft and my weight goes right through to the core of the handle which is solid like any other. If performing roll outs from the knees its fine though, but i have to admit I prefer my other rollers with rubber handles.

I received the Dual Ab Roller on the 4th September, I only ordered it on the Monday I was really surprised on how fast it got here on the Thursday.I've wanted a Ab Roller for awhile now as I've heard lots of people talking about how good they are. After reading reviews and comments on different websites, this Dual Ab Roller seemed to stand out. A few reasons for purchasing it was that CSX offered 18 Month Warranty which no other company selling an Ab roller offered. The thick Padded Foam Handles were also an added bonus as many others only seemed to have plastic handles which looked uncomfortable. The dual wheels on the roller finalised my decision on buying this product as they looked to provide stability and strength. After receiving the Dual Ab Roller I was able to quickly assemble the product without any hassle. The instructions provided with the product were really informative and it was also nice to see a illustrated diagram on how to use the Ab roller.I've used it five times now and its fantastic! Its a real quality product that offers everything as stated. It such a simple workout but it definitely hits your abdominal area I'm still aching now two days on haha! I've recommended it to a couple of my friends already, I'm really impressed with the Ab rollers design and comfort and I will definitely be buying CSX fitness products from now on.  I think ill buy the CSX Pro Speed 3000 adjustable wire jump rope next and hopefully soon.

As a relative newbie to Ab Rolling, I wanted something stable but not too easy (like I believe the dual split wheels are). This CSX roller fits the bill perfectly. Not too wobbly but not too stable either so that I definitely compensate for any wobble with my core - the whole point of the exercise!I like the way the handles slide on (or off for packing/travelling) and the way the handles are padded - which make them easier to grip and don't hurt the hands. The plastic wheels are grippy and work well on all surfaces except perhaps a parquet floor (but that's to be expected).It's true, when it arrives, the padded knee mat is rather imprinted with the packing of the roller but I'd rather this and a cheaper price than it all to be laid out luxuriously and pay for the extra packing space. Over time, most of the marks come out & in any case, I use it over my normal yoga mat so my knees don't really know the difference anyway.Also - I should mention that their customer service is fantastic. I had a problem with my order and they were quick and very helpful.I can only recommend for the above reasons :)
