Amazing product that works on waterproof material
My garden furniture cushions needed a revamp, but as they are waterproof it was difficult to dye them. This worked a treat and changed my grattan furniture from a boring cream that showed up marks easily to a comfortable warm grey colour. We put our cushion covers on a hot 90 degree wash, half way through thr wash, we added the dye into the washing machine draw with 900mls of boiling water. This was the way advertised on the website. It worked amazingly. I popped a washing machine cleaner in afterwards just to make sure there would be no additional transfer of dye to other washes and it was fine. Really easy to use and saved me a fortune on buying new cushions or covers.

Good coverage on acrylic gilet
This dye worked very well in recolouring a cream acrylic gilet. I will certainly use it again on other items

Good but needs a touch up
The dye works decently, providing vibrant color at first, but it fades quicker than expected. The application process is straightforward, and it doesn’t stain skin too badly, which is a plus. However, the color didn’t last as long as advertised, especially after a few washes. It's a good option for temporary color but may need frequent touch-ups to maintain vibrancy.

Waste of time and money
Wildy different results depending on the type of synthetic material. I saw this dye had mixed reviews but was hopeful that by following the instructions exactly that I might be one of the lucky ones. I was trying to dye a top that was 100% synthetic using the graphite grey synthetic dye, so in theory this should have worked but as it has different material on the front compared to the rest of the garment it has ended up a strange two-tone. I wouldn’t have minded if this was a two tone of the same colour ie I was expecting the front to perhaps be a different shade of grey due to being a different material to the rest of it, but it’s ended up green. The camera shows it as grey-ish but to the eye it’s definitely very very green! The rest is a solid deep graphite grey, as intended. I followed the instructions exactly to the letter and did this on the hob in a pan. I’ve now washed the item on its own 4 times and the colour catcher is still coming out deep purple (the dye was supposedly graphite grey) - second photo is of the colour catcher from wash 3 &4 - I give up! I then ran the machine on a 2 hour 90 degree cleaning program and the colour catcher still came out deep purple so I’d be very wary of putting the actual dye in the machine as some people in previous reviews have done.
