How many meters of fabric would this use for size 20 please.

note the sizes are US sizes. A UK size 20 is equal to a US size 18. the amount of material will depend on the skirt you are making and the width of the material. skirt A 45" wide material 2 ¾ yards is approximately 2.5166 metres 60" wide fabric 2 ½ yards is 2.275 metres. Basically 1 yard is 0.91 metres hope this helps

Does this pattern include side-seam pockets?

No...but if you know how or have another pattern that does have side-seam pockets, you could add them in yourself. But, in this pattern, no.

looking for a long flair long dress plain with long sleeves paper pattern

These are hard to find especially with a v neck which I like. I usually look for a flared tunic pattern & just extend the length. Simplicity K8059 has a flared dress in it but you would have to add to the length.
