Timer function appears to have stopped working, continues to run after it is switched off and after the time delay set on the timer. Any suggestions?

Yes it is wired to the light and the timer delay can be set for up to 30 mins.

There seems to be some confusion over the back draught shutter, is there one supplied or not please?

There is a backdraught shutter supplied, although I would prefer to call it a thin piece of plastic, an after thought which is connected to the rear of the fan. I would recommend buying a separate backdraught shutter. I brought one which was a plastic spigot with a rubber shutter, which fits inside the ducting. This does not make any noise when it is windy outside.

That presumably is a question for Amazon.
