Didn't believe it could work, but yes, it does!!!
Struggled with lower back pain and sciatica for several years. Debated going to costly osteopath, saw this on Lorraine, thought looks like peice of art if I dont use it, I'll give it a go. OMG after first use, didn't feel any aching or stiffness, thought probably kidology, but no. Have used for literally 5 minutes for three days, no aching, no tiredness in lower spine or pelvis. Hips have more range, and no sciatic twinges at all. I can now move my left leg into positions I haven't been able to for years for fear of spasm. It takes not effort at all, as long as you can get onto and up from the floor, it's a must. I genuinely did not expect something so simple to use to work, but I was very wrong. You have nothing to lose. Honestly cannot belive it works, but I does.

It worked with me
I have had chronic muscular back problem. My back stuck due to severe muscle injury after I left a heavy object. I was really in agony and of course off work. I was browsing the Internet and I find this product. I wasn't very keen to buy it, when I read the reviews I said why not give it a go, I won't lose if I try it ,bought it and in my mind I will refund it. It has been delivered as expected , first time I trial it was really nice stretch feeling spread through my back.I did exactly as described in the DVD , it was actually ok , pain is better, as I paid £80 (to much in my opinion)I decided not to visit my private physiotherapist. I know most of the exercises.I have used Flexiback for 5 days for three times daily, I can feel the difference.I have to say that my GP has put me on strong pain killers and anti inflammatory medications which helped in my recovery .The device itself is easy to use, if it is not positioned properly it hurts. I think if anyone from my friends and family got sore back due to muscular problems I will lend him/her the flexiback to trial it

Utter waste of money. Avoid
This is just terrible. Despite the million 'this is how you use it' leaflets you get, it really only works for a tiny proportion of people who fit its size exactly.I am a normal size and shape. 5'11" and 78kg. My back doesn't even touch it. My family tried - it fits only one person. It's ridiculous they don't mention this. And of course, they have a 'no returns' policy. What a waste of money. This is the first negative review I have ever written on Amazon. That's how strongly I feel.

I cannot recommend the flexibak enough
I have suffered from lower back pain and sciatica for many years. I use this machine at least once every day and sometimes twice per day and it has made a noticeable improvement. My back muscles are stronger now and the exercises really help to loosen up the spine. It is remarkable how well this works. I was skeptical at first but I thought I had nothing to lose by trying the flexibak. Since using this machine I have not had any lower back pain or sciatica and I now travel with this in my suitcase when I have to stay away from home. The exercises are simple and the wallcharts provide extra exercises. I cannot recommend the flexibak enough.

... week and to be honest I haven't seen any great improvements in my pain levels
I have been using this for a week and to be honest I haven't seen any great improvements in my pain levels, but it feels like the pain has changed a little. Not really sure, it might be just in my head. Perhaps it needs more time. I personally find it not very comfortable to lye on, but I am very thin. It might be ok for someone with more meat on. I am not sure if I will keep it if I dont get better results with a few more weeks of use. It s a good thing you have 30 days money back guarantee.

Good quality product
It's as good as you make it. Expensive but very well made and will probably outlast my back! I wouldn't swear by it but I wouldn't say it doesn't help because it does when I bother to use it. If your looking at this good bless you or who you have in mind. My best advice for lumber pain is decompression of any kind and stretching your hamstrings and hip flexors daily. This product's helps with decompression but it's not the only way. Oh and get those glutes activated anyway you can they will help your lower back do its job. Good luck

Try this amazing device - you won't regret it!
I bought this after a little research for four month case of miserable sciatica due to L4, L5 and S1 disc herniation. I've been advised to have surgery, but have other health complications so it's not really an option. After trying physio and acupuncture unsuccessfully, I was getting so desperate, I tried the Flexibak. After the first night of using it, I had the best night's sleep I'd had in weeks (months?). After a week, I've also been able to sit down for longer than 15-20 minutes without getting terrible pain - I'm now able to drive a little further and take part in things which were beginning to disappear from my daily life due to only being comfortable lying on my back. I can't wait to find out how well I get after 60 days with this amazing device. Thank you Flexibak so much for helping me get back some quality of life! If you have a lower back problem, give this a go; you have a money back guarantee if it doesn't help you, but if it does it can help SO much.

What a relief!
Having put up with lower back pain for years (and seeming to be getting worse) I searched for aids to ease this discomfort. Flexibak had good enough reviews for me to give it a try and after 2 days' usage I'm already feeling the benefits. It has given me more flexibility and the simple and relaxing exercises have started to give me core strength. This is going to be part of my daily routine and I believe will prove to be the best investment I've made for my well being. Will be accompanying me on holiday!
Every Flexibak comes with a 24-page colour instruction booklet and DVD that explains how Flexibak works and the 3 simple exercises that make it so effective.
Safety Warning

At 5 feet the top end of the device will come further up your spine, but that shouldn't be too uncomfortable, nor impact on how it works. If it ended at a slightly uncomfortable height for you (i.e if you have some thoracic segment dysfunctions), you could just put some thin padding to bring your upper thoracic spine level to the top of the flexiback at those segments (if you see what I mean). The main thing is that you must make sure that the bottom of the flexi-bak is tucked up under your pelvis properly. - I would suggest perhaps phoning the manufacturers if you are not sure- they send out such a wealth of training material with the device I'm sure they'd be very happy to answer any questions."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Is this a lightweight item?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"I’m not sure how you define “lightweight”.
