Good quality but complicated to use

I Am very satisfied with this purchase, I think it prints amazing colors and very good quality picture, obviusly its not a 4K picture but good enough. I want to highlight that its NOT a sticker paper, its just a normal photo paper

The app: The printer app needs to be fixed. This printer can’t even make a collage even though the app lets you make one. The app looses connection to the printer way too easy. The apps recommended photo edits are a terrible idea. Speed: Speed of the prints were okay but pretty loud. Quality: Print quality is not worth the price. I can see why no one sells the 4x6 printers in store. Who knows, the 2x3 printer might be amazing. Photos from a Cannon Rebel t6 printer like garbage. My children’s school photos that we purchased the digital copy of printed like garbage. Photos from a iPhone 14 pro max printed out like garbage. The prints looked “okay” from a distance. It if you are holding it in you hand and actually wanting to look at it you can see flaws. At first I thought it was the tester strip the printer came with and waited for the full pack. Still terrible print quality. I would recommend a digital picture frame to someone over this product!

Great product

This is amazing!! I used it for family day pictures with Santa at work. You take a picture with their app and it goes directly to print or you can use off app. We took nearly 100 pics with one cartridge. They are clear and great color. Several people are ordering their own!

One of the cartridge kits messed up my device and destroyed 2 ribbons. It wasn't very easy but I contacted HP Service and they replaced the device and cartridge kits and showed genuine concern for my troubles. I love the HP Sprocket Studio Plus and it was a fluke cartridge kit that ruined everything and HP followed through with their quality warranty and service 5 stars from me

Easy to use - app has multiple text, boarder, sticker, and other options, as well as limited editing functions. Almost as crisp as having them printed at the drugstore, without people looking over your shoulder and having to wait until they are open. Super tiny edge doesn’t print, but suspect that is the edge with the rollers. Nice color quality. Compact, decent price, and well built.

Bought as a gift and it gets used everyday easy to use and pictures come out fast and super good quality

Great printer & convenient

Well going with the HP brand is a no brainer, but setting up this printer does not go without any quirks. Took me an hour before it would finally connect to wifi. Problem was its needs a good strong wifi connection to a router to connect via your phone. I ended up having to use a wifi repeater 2 rooms away from the router, then the printer connected to my phone no problem. Phone connection works perfectly between router and phone as expected, but this printer requires a perfect wifi signal, so patience from the person setting it up us a virtue. Other then the setup hiccups this printer is awesome, very good quality printouts, speeks quality, clear concise colors, as expected from this technology. Paper supplied is only 8 sheets with an ink cartridge which will do the 8 sheets and no more. So you will have to purchase an additional paper and ink cartridge pack with the printer.

I got this for my parents as a Christmas present because they’re always bugging me to take them to Walmart and get their photos printed. Quality isn’t as good as getting them printed professionally, but the photos still look nice! Very fun to play around with and easy to work with.
