I have a Black Piano Stool but the mechanism for adjusting the height was silver galvanized steel. Didn't look very nice when the seat was raised, so used this pen to paint the mechanism black. Very easy and quick. Great finish, no mess and much better result than I expected.

I had my favourite boots resoled and they came back with the heel block scuffed white. I used this pen to refresh the coating on the heel and its worked like magic! it says its waterproof as its an oil based ink so I shall see how it wears but would be a great fixer for black footwear.

used this for detailing in my car engine, touching up bits of rubber hose and so on, works well and dries quickly, seems to have stayed in place despite high engine temperatures it is exposed to, would be perfect for things like kitchen worktop edges or gravestone touch ups

I don't usually add pictures to my reviews but I have been blown away by this. I recently had 5 new black doors fitted in my home, but they needed to be planed on the edges to fit. That meant black doors with brown edges. I have been putting off taking them off and painting the edges as it felt like a lot of work, which would include removing handles to get a good cut in around the latches and hinges. I saw a black marker pen lying around and coloured in a bit of the brown and it looked ok so i thought i'd give that a go. While looking for more markers on here, I saw this paint pen. I only bought one as i didn't want to waste money buying several if they did not work. The one I bought made a fantastic job of the door edges, as you can see from the pictures. It left a very dense black colour which matched the doors perfectly. Unfortunately, it only lasted for three and a half doors (which I completed in less time than it would have taken me just to take the doors off the hinges), so I'm now just about to buy another of the great little pens to finish them off.

Took quite a while to arrive but that's to be expected just now. It's basically a pen, like a marker pen, full of paint. I have very 90s wardrobe doors but can't justify buying new ones so thought I'd spruce them up a bit by painting the plastic gold bits. Even although this pen says it works on all surfaces, I didn't think it would take so well. Very easy to use, basically just like a pen. Really can't complain at all. I've attached photos of the before and after, although I can't see to turn the after photo the right way. I also discovered that if you make a mistake, like I did when I got a fright and jerked the pen onto the actual warbrobe, nail varnish remover and Cif gets rid of the mistakes. Really impressed with this, to the point I'm walking round the house looking to see if anything else needs painted black.

I wanted to colour my toy gun black so it went with Stormtrooper oufit and this pen did a great job. Had to leave end blue so its cleary a toy gun. I would recommend using in a ventilated room as quite smelly. great job great price.

Very strong odour so couldn’t be used on a child’s plastic lunch box or bottle

This marker is great for the price although the paint leaves a very strong smell that gave me a head ach

Durable and resistant marker

Der stift hat eine angenehme Größe und malt schön. Die Farbe ist sehr deckend und der Stift erfüllt seinen Zweck. Das einzig negative, das mir aufgefallen ist, ist, dass die schwarze Farbe, die in dem Stift enthalten ist, an der spitze gerne etwas ausläuft. Es kommt schon sehr viel Farbe raus, aber wenn man vorsichtig ist und das weiß, dann schmiert man auch nicht so stark damit rum. Meine finger wurden beim ersten mal benutzen trotzdem schwarz.
