Design fault with lid
NO STARS!The lid did not seal property, so could not pour without spillage. Many reviews pick up on this. Boiled quickly, but due to the lid issue would over boil before switching off. Colour changing really cool, but to be honest useless!! Returned for refund. Avoid!!!

Lid design useless
Lid catch broken within 6 monthsSpring loaded lid means I now have a very expensive vase...

I really like this kettle... 4 star due to having to be careful pouring it as lid not tight on and sealed

The lid broke
I like the kettle very much. Had it just under a year and the lid catch broke. It never closed easy from new. When you look under the lid you can see it is just a small bit of plastic that catches and holds the lid down. I will try to glue the broken bit back on, not hopeful. If I cant fix it I will buy another exactly the same as I like the wattage, colour change and design and hope the designers have done something better, or maybe I just got a poor one.

Pours badly
Really disappointed with this product, while it does boil rapidly, pours really badly... water leaks everywhere.

Good service, disappointing product
Disappointing - the service was good but the kettle pours badly and the lid does not lift high enough to get it under the tap. In addition, the leaflet states that it changes in colour from red to blue as it heats, whereas in fact the opposite is the case (a minor detail).
