Tobar Liquid Timer Desktop Toy - 1 Colour Sent at Random

Got this for my son who we suspect may have a mild case of autism, I thought he would like it but he really loves it and it tends to calm him down so much, he is mesmerised by the coloured liquid! And it keeps him entertained for ages! We put it in the shelf in his bedroom and we tend to find it in random places around the house where he has played with it and put it down! We then walk past and give it a turn too!! Quite addictive!

This product is lovely! Good sturdy plastic - bought for a Christmas present for my autistic nephew.*warning*If you think this is a timer ... you are mistaken.I was adimant that the gel would ‘flow’ for a set amount of time in both directions ... my husband disagreed - que a married couple spending Saturday night testing this thing - lots of variables - himan error - gravitational force - anybway let’s just say - I was wrong!!!Great buy loads of entertainment for me - hope the kid likes it!

Oil fades over time and just becomes clear liquid itself. Nothing to do with it sitting on the window ledge in the sun, erm.

I wasn't going to buy this after reading the reviews, 7 minutes would be way too long for what I need this for! Mine lasts just over 3 minutes, it is perfect for the children I work with and is great as a calming resource. Would totally recommend this and would buy another if I could choose the colour so I could guarantee I would have a different one but as others have said they didn't receive the colour they ordered it has put me off a bit, however I did get the colour shown in the picture, I wonder if the colour means different timing, mine is the blue and yellow 3 min 33 secs from turning to last drop.

Amazing. This is most sought after calming tool used in my classroom. It is in constant use. However, despite the children being really careful with it, the plastic is beginning to crack. If you are looking for a Christmas present for a child with anger issues to help them calm down, this is it.

This is great to help your child to calm down for sleep and also help them get to sleep. It's also helpful if you need to calm your child down too as they can watch the liquid going from top to bottom and I tend to get my child to see if they can count the drops...I also put a light behind it so it can have a little light shine when it''s on for bed. It's also small enough to be carried around

This is a brilliant 'time out on the naughty step' toy. It lasts for about 6 minutes, which is obviously a long time on the step, but it keeps them quiet whilst they are on there.We follow the rule of a minute for every year of their age.I love just watching it too, it is very calming watching the drops fall one by one.

Bought it as a gift for my nephew's birthday and he loves it. Only issue I had was the color (I got a pink one, good thing he didn't mind) but nonetheless it works great. The seller was also very nice and responded timely on my inquiries.
