Easy to carry, quick to dissolve and not that bad taste wise. There's no weird after taste and it does the job nicely. I also noticed that there's no increase in urine release. I use it as a night drink, or if I'm driving.

Quite expensive but they do work well and taste great too. No digestive/gut issues with them.

Great rehydration and electrolytes I had atrial fibrillation on and off, the cardiologist said to cut out caffeine and stay better hydrated, i have been having one of these every day in a pint of water, haven’t had any AF since!

Great product and swift delivery

A good quality electrolyte tablet. I fill my water-bottle half way up and add a tablet. A little slow to dissolve but thats fine. As a boxer, in between circuits, its a God send. A squirt here and there really makes a difference. It tastes good in lemon and lifts that annoying mental fog and fatigue after all that sweating. No muscle cramps. Then after training I polish off the rest on the walk home. Gives a good energy boost. I highly recommend it, and works better than other brands I have tried.

The Science In Sport Hydro Hydration Tablets have some nice qualities but didn’t quite meet all my expectations. The lemon flavor is refreshing, and it's great to find a hydration tablet that’s both gluten-free and zero sugar. They dissolve easily in water, and I felt hydrated after using them, especially post-workout. However, the flavor is a bit weak and leaves a slightly bitter aftertaste, which might not be for everyone. Also, I wish they offered more servings per tube given the price. Overall, they're decent for hydration but not my top choice.

I use these daily and they have really helped with hydration especially for the gym. I use one tablet daily broken in half but you can use more. I like the lemon flavour. I get far less headaches now . Good value and easy to use

The lid was partly open on arrival, and the first tablet was partly missing, almost in half. I took them all out of the tube to inspect them. There was 20 tablets, including the damaged one. There was no broken bits from the damaged tablet in the tube. So must have come out of the tube as it was partially open. Flavour; I gave the half tablet a go. Maybe I shouldn’t have. Anyway flavour was nice, so will continue with this product for the price.

Great for hydration before and after a good workout/run. Taste is good and not too strong which makes it perfect.

If you want electrolytes and no sugar in your hydration this achieves that and taste is fine.

Integratori a elettroliti eccellenti, sono stati la svolta per me. Non fanno miracoli ma la differenza rispetto alla concorrenza si sente. Saranno un po' carucci per qualcuno, ma li reputo molto concorrenziali come prezzo ma soprattutto come qualità anche perché, facendo 2 conti, con 60 pasticche si fanno 30 litri di integratori che non sono per niente pochi. Non so se è il sesto ordine che faccio o più, li ho fatti provare a diverse persone e sono rimasti tutti stupiti dal sapore, dal recupero energico che offrono, ma soprattutto che come kcal non hanno nulla (circa 9kcal a pasticca) in confronto agli integratori in polvere della concorrenza che sicuramente hanno un sapore molto più forte ma non offrono per niente la resa che riescono a dare questi (e sono anche più calorici, in media circa 120kcal per misurino). In conclusione li consiglio vivamemte, forse come sapore non saranno gradevoli per tutti, ma per chi si allena sono un'ottima soluzione e quel che conta è il risultato non il gusto. Prodotto arrivato nei tempi previsti, venditore serio e disponibile.
