How long will the batteries last at max brightness?

4-6 hours for me using Duracell. The issue is the light discharges the batteries slowly when turned off, so beware of storing them for months on end or for an emergency.

Foxelli MX20 headlamp is durable enough to be stored without any additional case, so there is no special case for the lamps. However, feel free to use any case you find convenient :)
