Original Resistance Band - Red

Excellent product. They take a bit of bedding in; to start with they feel tight and stiff, but with a few uses they loosen up. They are easily as good as the more famous "orange" coloured brand, but half the price. You can get quite a big resistance, particularly if you use more than one band together, so more than useful for people wanted to not only keep fit, but also build muscle.

Decent gym quality work well.

Great quality stretch bands

This band is very strong and gave plenty of resistance when stretching my arm muscles.

Good, strong band. Ideal to take on vacation to allow basic exercises.

A touch more stretchy than some other brands which makes the resistance feel really good for when you're looking for that type of resistance (not to stiff all of a sudden) if you get my drift. Great for beginning with and also having that variation of stiffer vs slightly stretchier in your bag won't go a miss. For your reference i have only tried two brands and am a beginner to resistance training bands, and the two brands are (Coresteady) and (Core Balance) which i am referencing from.

Good tension for golf exercises

I don't know what products others are basing their reviews on, but this band is supposed to be the lightest, so ideal for a beginner yes? Even doing a simple curl of the arms with the item wrapped round your wrist, the item doesn't stretch unless you put a lot of force into it, and I mean really force it lol, I know that's how they work but I'd assumed the lightest band would be lot more forgiving. Forget doing full on stretch, overhead exercises where you use your foot/feet to stand in the band, I'm 5ft 7 so I need a longer band, this isn't it. Not giving a bad rating, because for these you really need to do your research, if you have a trainer ask them.

This red resistance band is a good addition to any fitness regimen. It can be used for a variety of exercises and stretches. You probably need more resistance (green or purple) for leg work. Light enough to carry with you when traveling. Very useful when you suddenly have limited or no access to a fitness facility.

Perfektes Trainingsband für viele Übungen. Sehr dut auch mit einem Türrahmenreck zu verwenden. Für noch besseren Griff nehme ich Fahrradhandschuhe zum Training.
