A very sturdy and useful piece of equipment

I know it is difficult to get excited over a long handled dustpan and brush set however this item was something I had been meaning to buy for some time. Historically I had purchased a very cheap long handled dustpan and brush set from a local store and it was very poor quality. I looked at various choices before deciding to buy this strong trade version. I have used the set outdoors to help clear up those odds and ends of garden debris which appear from nowhere. It was great that you can make the handle of the dustpan ridged so it stands to attention on its own whilst sweeping up with the brush. There is no separate lip on the edge of the pan so all the debris goes straight in without going underneath. Also the pan is enclosed so the debris does not blow away once swept into the pan. I found I needed to get the knack of sweeping with the brush as I had never used a sweeping brush like this before. Once I got the hang of it away I went, we now have debris free pathways. I felt for me the handle could have been slightly longer. Also no bending required. Easy to store. Good product.

I live in a very old house with brick floors, and it's amazing how dirty they get in half a day. I could vacuum twice quite easily, but there are, of course lots of reasons not to. I did have another long handled pan and brush, but it was quite unsatisfactory; slightly too short, bit flimsy, and, shock, horror...brightly coloured. So I didn't shout too loudly when my husband stepped on it and broke it. This is a different kettle of fish completely. Solidly built in sober colours, just the right height (I am 5' 5") ergonomically designed, with a slanting brush, it folds and clips together to hang on the back of a cupboard door. It's hard to get too excited about this sort of thing, but easy to become irritated by things that aren't quite right. This is just right.

The pan is great that is why I gave this review 3 stars it holds debris and clips up easily and fits away snugly but the brush after 1 use is fraying and the handle is not long enough

Tough Quality sturdy… does the job well.

Recieved mine this morning and all of the lip was like this so i will have to soak it in hot water and try to mould it back streight. Maybe it could of done with an aluminium lip on it to keep it from warping. overall its nice and sturdy right height for me and i am 6'2 :)

Strong easy to put together. Decent brush that brushes up on any surface s. Used on carpet in kitchen. Ots stands upright for storage and will stand alone when bushing up. I have bought many brush and pan sets all yo have broken on a few .months. or the brush is to soft.thus is perfect I can 💯 recommend this .I will be ordering another gor the garden.
