My flabbers are ghasted. This product works so well for mould I cannot believe it! Really simple to use, no scrubbing needed, just a quick wipe. The other reviewers are correct that it is very smelly, but clears with an open window.

I was a little skeptical about this product as I have used other mould removers in the past and they require a hefty bit of elbow grease in addition to their mould removing properties... I followed the instructions, sprayed on the affected area (my bath silicone sealant in this case) and left it.. I set a 30 minute timer on my phone and went into the garden. After the 30 minutes had gone by, the first thing I noticed was the strong smell of bleach. Not over powering, but a strong smell nonetheless (keep your windows open). I was AMAZED by the results... 30 minutes on, just wiped away. It was super easy to use! There was only 1 area that needed a second spray, but honestly, the end results were great! For the price, I would definitely recommend this bad boy! We all look at the mould in our bathroom and think, I'll get round to it at some point... Order this now and thank me later, absolute game changer. But like I said, just make sure you keep that window open because it's a strong smell.

I recently used the HG Mould Spray (500 ml) and it genuinely exceeded my expectations — for context, I’m an accountant by day, creator by night, so I know the value of something that works efficiently and cleanly. What worked well: • The spray formula really pulled mould and mildew out of grout lines, seals and bathroom corners where it had been creeping in. No endless scrubbing. • One application restored the surface so it looked fresh again — the whitish-background tiles looked uniform, the stains were fading. • The 500 ml size is generous; I had enough for the shower area, skirting board and a window-frame seal and still had some left. • The product is reliable: it’s from a well-known cleaning brand, and the specs clearly list use on tiles, grout, plastered walls, outdoor furniture and more. What to keep in mind: • The smell is strong — it has a bleach-type odour, so good ventilation is essential. Our ensuite has a fan but we were developing black spots on the ceiling and a wall which were growing. Lightly sprayed affected areas or dabbed cotton wool soaked in liquid and spots disappeared in less than a day. Also had black mold growing around sealant in the shower and this got rid of that too. It does smell VERY strongly but that goes away within a week.

We don’t have a window in our bathroom and the extractor fan isn’t great, so we get quite a bit of moisture build up and therefore a recurring mould issue. We had mould all the way round the bath sealant, on the tiles next to the shower and on the ceiling above the shower to the point where I thought we were going to have to replace the sealant and repaint the ceiling. I applied the mould spray all over the affected areas and I could see it starting to work after only a few minutes. After 30 minutes all the mould had completely gone with no need to wipe, I just used the shower head to give some of the areas a rinse down and that was it. It’s very impressive stuff to a dullster like me. It hadn’t just masked over the mould, it had actually eaten away at it. It will be interesting to see how quickly the mould returns if at all. One thing I will say though is that it absolutely stinks of chlorine and I’m glad I chose to use it on a day that my daughter was at nursery. The smell is horrible and can be quite overwhelming. I was wearing a pair of gloves as instructed and a full face mask (the kind you would wear if you were spray painting a car) and I could still smell it. Even with all the upstairs windows and doors wide open you could still smell it for hours after and it even lingered into the next day. It actually left me feeling quite short of breath at points and I had to leave the house, so if you have a breathing condition or are quite sensitive to smells then I do not recommend this stuff to you. If you have a baby or young children I would make sure that they are out of the house while you use this or at the very least a different floor to the one you’re using it.

What an amazing product. Does exactly as described and more..made deep cleaning widows and panels in conservatory easy . Not only rids you of mould from condensation makes the pvc frames immaculate . Best product on the market great price highly reccomend

I can't praise this product enough. Absolutely brilliant. I have tried various other mold cleaners and this is by far the best. I had mold patches on a plastered wall behind a wardrobe and after 1 treatment the black mold had completely gone. No scrubbing or wiping needed. Simply sprayed it on the affected area and left for around 20 minutes and the wall was completely mold free. Also used around a window in the same room and that is now also free of black mold. I highly recommend this spray to get rid of black mold.

Best cleaner for anything that needs to be bleached. Strong smell, but all black/brown marks on window surrounds, sinks etc are gone. Just open a window to dissipate the smell.
