Lots of Bristle Shedding
I tried one of the smaller brushes a few days ago - only a quick sketch. It did shed hairs initially but i seemed to get passed that stage. Now I'm trying one of the bigger brushes, without much success. I'm so busy trying to pick hairs off my painting, my pans & my work table, i haven't got much painting done. Waste of money for serious watercolourists. Nicely presented though.

Just what I wanted
As a beginner I bought these hoping I had done the right thing. A bit of a shot in the dark.I was not disappointed. They are very good so far. Obviously not the most expensive but do seem to be wearing well.

A good very basic starter set
I bought these as a trial to see if I would enjoy Chinese painting. So far they seem ok however if I wanted to paint a bit more seriously I would invest in better ones as the bristle come out quite easily when cleaning

These are awesome!! Will buy again if needed :) im not using them for writing but normal watercolour / ink painting and I have to say great precision and amazing detail. Just started a little painting and absolutely love how easy it is to control the paintbrushes. I have not experienced any hair loss yet. Came in a lovely cover. I highly recommend this product, worth every penny!

can in a lovely chinese roll up store case
so far lovely, a few hairs come out, but nothing more than I have expereinced with much more expensive chinese brush.. good value for the quality. only just started using them so time will tell on how well they last.
