The item manufacturer website has been 'suspended' so no support was available. The diction was poor which was annoying (bles'ted, and aimen??) Have requested refund and sending back.

I purchased the item but found the batteries enclosed were 'dead'. New ones purchased. The set up instructions were poorly presented and the typeset was small and light in shade - not easy to read. Apparecchio aiuta mamme....
Non credevo esistesse un apparecchio simile, ma ora mia madre si fa il suo bel rosario giornaliero anche sul bus (utilizzando le cuffiette altrimenti.....).Veramente un regalo apprezzato e di uso semplice (mia madre ha 84 anni e come tutte le persone anziane un po' avulsa nelle cose tecnologiche..).

E-Rosary
I purchased 3 of them for distribution to 3 elderly ladies (one of whom is a retired nun) who had experienced recent health declines. The E-Rosary enabled them to continue their daily routine of prayers and meditations despite the fact they all had difficulty communicating verbally. It is a real blessing especially to the incapacitated elderly population who find it difficult to vocalize and./or have vision loss.

Para una persona adulta es muy engorroso de usar y programar el idioma.
Es fácil que se desprograme y se debe de cambiar el idioma cada vez que se use.

Perfect rosary companion.
Would give this product a 9.5 out of 10. The only thing I did not like is what is shown in the photo as full colour mysteries looks black unless light is shined on them then you faintly see the photo. However, this may be due to batteries, I have not used my own yet. Everything else worked just as expected and I had a wonderful prayer companion for the joyful mystryes this Monday. I quite like it because my partner is not Catholic and feels uncomfortable participating in prayer with me at home.

Cheap piece of crap
Such a disappointment!! Took me ages to be able to open battery....like 15 minutes...and then all it rid was display the incorrect time. None of the buttons work, nothing. Piece of crap
