It contains Ubiquinone, not Ubiquinol. Both are CoQ10. The active ingredient is actually listed in the Product Information box, not in the "Full List Of Ingredients" popup, which just, ambiguously, lists CoQ10. Ubiquinone is a less potent and harder-to-absorb form of CoQ10 than Ubiquinol.

do these tablets help when trying to conceive?

I cant answer this question as no personal experience that they do, but I know adequate coq10 in your body is essential for cell health and proper cell functioning and cell division, which is essential for a healthy foetus to develop. Very important that older women and women going for ivf, trying to conceive take enough Coq10, as our natural coq10 declines and our cell functions slow down and aberate with age. Whether it be this product or others you take- I can't recommend the best product for this purpose , you'll need to speak to your physician. Best.

Having purchased this item, the product actually doesn't state it's ubiquinol anywhere on it, but just co enzyme Q10. The title might be misleading as these are different things.

I think it's a fake, too. Too many glowing reviews from unverified purchasers. It didn't work for me in the slightest -- and every other CoQ10 I've tried has had at least some positive effect for me.
