It'll blow ur skirt up...
I purchased mine Nov 2022. Nothing but normal wear n tear issues for me. It's a beast in traffic, sandy beaches, hills, trails, in a puddle water or rain storm. Im 6'3 190lbs

They would not respond
So much play in the stem feels like is gonna break and they won’t get back to me for a replacement. Do not buy this product.

Lots of power for a 350 pound man
I am 6' 5" and 350 pounds. This escooter is crazy fast. It cuts through snow, mud and loose gravel like a champ. Suspension feels great. My only one complaint is I still cannot figure out how to change the screen from kilometers to mph. Lots of power climbing up hills. Charging time with both ports connected is about six hours.Update: One year later March 19, 2024 still going strong. Zero mechanical issues. I beat the living crap out of this e-scooter and it still is going strong. No regrets.

Powerful E-scooter
Helmet is a must to ride it, it has very thick tires that help to make the holes less noticeable. Good quality and it is worth noting the attention of the seller, excelente 👌

Terrible customer support
The scooter is very fast. I need to order a seat for this scooter and some replacement auxiliary wheels....It's almost impossible to get in touch with their customer service department. If I had to do it again I would only buy from a USA local manufacturer....BE CAREFUL.....

MOST POWERFUL SCOOTER, ATTENTION GRABBER
The media could not be loaded. I am very tall and heavy by most standards. I wanted an escooter badly but wasn’t able to find one I felt could handle the job. After a year I found this model and decided to try them out. I’ve had both q30 and now this one. I can’t overstate how powerful this thing is. It is NOT for kids. I call it BEAST because it’s strengths are undeniableThis model goes up to 45mph… I haven’t gauged the mileage as far as distance. But with 5600 watts it’s got some serious power. I stand 6’8 and 287lbs. With a max load of 550lbs, it carries me uphills 30-40 degree angles with no problems. I can whip thru the streets of Atlanta like it’s nothing. The lights makes it unavoidable to miss. The headlights are way better on this model. As you can see the urban scooter mascot bird dwarfs in comparison. If you want speed, agility, power, and envy of all your friends (to that I also suggest you get an AirTag and insurance. I learned this the hard way hence the second purchase). The big tires off-road tires and suspension makes rides comfortable.

Safety alert!!!
Try to pay attention. I gave this experience with this scooter a solid chance. However, I feel it necessary to inform any potential buyers of some serious flaws.First off, the scooter was delivered with inoperable headlights. I contacted the sellers through Amazon, and the issue was resolved by the seller, sending me a new set of headlights. They also sent videos on how to dismantle the scooter to install the new headlights. Fortunately, I do have mechanical and electrical abilities. I was able to replace the headlights and the scooter seemed fine. I want to note that the customer service division of this seller was very quick and did an outstanding job of trying to resolve the issues I have had. Next the rear brakes failed. This was at the same time that I got a flat rear tire. As the flat tire was a result of riding the scooter it was my responsibility to take care of that issue, which I did by ordering a new rear tire from the seller. Again, customer service was excellent and responsive to the needs of the issues with the tire, and at the same time, set new rear brakes, and videos on how to replace. Once again, I had to dismantle the scooter, disconnect, the rear tire to replace that tire and also to replace the rear brakes. I was able to do all of this, and to the credit of the seller they actually issued me a refund of $50 for the issues I’ve had.I was able to fix all the issues and decided to take it out on a test run today. I live close to downtown Los Angeles and there are several parks that I like to ride to to spend time. Maybe 34 miles each way. I decided to ride with the seat attached and everything seem to be working normally. On my way back when crossing a major street I slow down to navigate a dip in the road and as I sped up the front bar, if the handlebars are connected to failed. The whole front assembly came down, causing the scooter to immediately hit the ground with me on it. Fortunately, I was only going maybe 10 mph however, it was enough to peel the skin from my right arm from my elbow to my wrist. I slid on hard pavement for about 4 feet. The shorts I was wearing or shredded and probably saved the skin on my thigh. Once I came to a stop, I was able to reset the front bar and make my way home.I treated my wounds and will suffer the aches and the bruises.Beware. This could have been fatal. It is a design flaw. I believe the whole scooter is flawed and dangerous.Do not even think about purchasing.
