I received the TENS machine yesterday. Having been in chronic Lowe back pain for months I was so desperate for it to arrive. I have none alcoholic liver cirrhosis so I am very limited to what pain killers I can take. So I thought this was worth a try. The main feed back I would give is amazing. I used it once yesterday and again today and I feel it has made a definite difference. I still have pain. But certainly helped to take the edge away. I hope that in time this will continue to improve. The machine is easy to use. Instructions are very clear and reassuring. There are no wires to tangle with. It charged very easily and it is invisible to see by anybody else. I wore loose clothes as didn't wasn't to put pressure on the pads. I was aware that when I moved at times the pad did not feel secure but I think once I master the technique of applying the pad ie. Pushing out all the air bubbles and being firmer with the pad this will improve. I am sceptical about how many times the pad can be reused but will follow all instructions to extend the life of the pad. I wish it came in a pouch to enable me to keep all parts optimised and safe. I would definitely recommend it also has a timer and stops once programm is complete and multiple programs for different rhythms for different purposes as well as variations in patch sizes for use in different areas of the body.

Very effective. Simple to set up and use. No wires to the pads makes it easy to wear. Rechargable batteries last hours on each charge. Pads sitck to the skin very well and do not peel off.

I suffer from severe sciatica in one leg and had previously used a wired TENS device, with a total of four pads attached to various areas of the leg. I found that the wiring kept getting caught on clothing, door handles and furniture etc so decided to switch to a wireless device. I’ve found this device to be a godsend and can wear the units under clothing without any wires getting caught and pulling the adhesive pads off my skin. The two units which are attached to the body are labelled ‘1’ and ‘2’ with the remote control able to switch between the ‘1’ and ‘2’ channels to increase or decrease the signal strength of each unit independently. I’ve actually purchased a second device and I’m able to wear a total of four units now with just one remote controlling both ‘1’ units and both ‘2’ units, if that makes sense. Positive points: 1. The units and the remote take less than an hour to charge and will last for around eight hours. 2. There are four different settings with number 1 being the most productive in pain relief. 3. No batteries! Both the remote and the units charge via a USB connection. 4. No wires! Negative points: 1. The adhesive pads attached to the units are advertised as lasting for a month, which is optimistic to say the least. I’ve tried a number of different pads from different suppliers and the best last for just over a week. In addition, they are affected by sweat and will lose their adhesiveness as a result. So if you’re exercising or even just working in the garden and work up a sweat, be prepared for one or more to either become detached or even fall off after a period of time. 2. I’m also not sure about the EMS capability of the device – it feels to me as if it’s a TENS device only. 3. The design of the remote could also be improved - how about a clip so that it could be attached to a waistband? As it is, I have to keep the remote in a pocket and occasionally, when rubbing against the pocket, the signal strength can be accidentally increased or decreased with fairly ‘shocking’ results, which is seriously not funny. Sciatica is a horrible thing to have to put up with, and it is tempting to use alcohol or painkillers to negate the pain. Not wishing to have to go down that route though, I have to say this device has significantly improved my quality of life.

Only got this a day ago and only used once so these are just my initial impressions. I suffer from chronic lower back pain as well as pain in the middle of my back so I was attracted to this device because it could treat 2 areas at the same time independently. I had a TENS machine previously but the wires were a real issue and there were only two pads which I put on my lower back. When it broke I had to replace it and this device looked ideal. So far it is looking really positive. I can provide relief to both areas of pain and there is no messing about with cables and clothing! It was straightforward to setup and the wireless connection (which I had a concern about before I purchased) works great - solid and stable. Both units work independently so I can have a different setting on my lower back to my upper (or turn one down completely). I have only tried out the 1st programme (there are 4) but that worked just fine and really helped to take the edge of the pain (it didnt eliminate it completely). As always there are couple of minor negatives. I wanted to put this in place at the start of the day and turn it off/on as and when I need pain relief. After 3 hours the unit shuts off (safety feature). That isnt too bad but although you can easily turn the remote control back on you also have to turn on the modules as well to reconnect. Once these are attached to your back and you have clothing on this is not so easy! I can just about press the button on the lower unit but the other one is harder to reach (ok if you are with someone but not on your own!). It would have been nice if there had been a way of reconnecting everything and turn on the units from the remote control. Secondly I find it uncomfortable when sitting in a chair as the units press into your back (worse if you are wearing a thin shirt). I turn the intensity right down to zero when sitting in a chair eg in a car (you obviously shouldnt operate whilst driving!) but find that the units then dig into my back which is uncomfortable. Finally I hadnt appreciated that the electrodes only last for 30 uses. This wasnt highlighted in the product description on Amazon, As I want to use this daily that means replacing all the electrodes every month so you need to build in ongoing costs to your purchase. You can for example reduce costs by buying multi packs. It is £25 for a pack of 5 large pads on Amazon ie £5 each and £6 for two pairs of the smaller pads so that works out for me at £96 a year to replace the pads - not an inconsequential amount! Other than that I've no regrets purchasing this device so far.

Un miracolo contro il dolore. Nello specifico soffro spesso di mal di schiena lombare, utilizzandola seguendo le istruzioni, ho provato immediatamente sollievo dai miei dolori che sono, gradualmente scomparsi in circa 15 giorni. L'ho utilizzata anche per il ginocchio e i dolori sono diminuiti già dopo la prima applicazione di circa 2 ore. Semplicissima da utilizzare e da ricaricare, serve soltanto un adattatore per la spina, qualora non si colleghi direttamente alla porta USB del PC. Senza l'uso di medicine, si trova in questa macchinetta una soluzione eccellente hai dolori articolari. Come da manuale allegato suggerisco di iniziare il trattamento con il programma numero 1 che è studiato per la fase acuta dei dolori. Applico la terapia per 1 ora ogni volta. Gradualmente si può passare al programma numero 2, 3 e infine 4 che è il programma studiato per i trattamenti di lungo periodo.

Sono rimasta veramente soddisfatta : già con appena 10/15 minuti di tens il dolore alle scapole è scomparso ed è lunica cosa che me lo allevia e me lo spegne. Ottimo x spalle e schiena.

Uno dei eletrodi ha smesso di funzionare, se è possibile posso comprare una sostituzione?
