I purchased this in the hopes it would help with the arthritis in my fingers that was brought on suddenly by a life saving drug! Although it hasn’t touched that yet it has made other changes that I didn’t expect. After taking the first capsule which happened to be when I was suffering aching muscles from hard work, within 4hrs the aches disappeared, I was shocked to say the least. This Olive Leaf extract has also taken care of all the inflammation in the body. I have read more than once that a bad gut and inflammation causes no end of health problems. I already take a probiotic anyway. I am on day 12 of these capsules so there may be more improvements to come. I hope it helps the fingers although I have a feeling it won’t be able to. But, because of the other improvements I will continue.

I thought I should write this review and also make some comments from my experience. I have been taking Olive Leaf Extract for some years but decided to use this brand/company this time, as it was available for next day delivery and it was the potency I required at a good price. Also, it stated that it was manufactured to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) so all the testing and manufacturing should be of a high standard and traceable. All ok, delivered next day as promised. I have taken 2 doses (4 capsules, I wanted to "Top up" my levels as I have been off it for a few days) so far and suffered no ill effects and I am not expecting any. I would urge people wanting to take Olive Leaf Extract from any source for the first time to research it first, as when starting it, some people can have reactions due to the Olive Leaf Extract doing its job, I never did, but you might. Only you can decide so please research it. So long as it stays at or near this price, I will definitely buy from this company again. Is Olive Leaf Extract effective? I think so, as certain long term ailments I have (and colds) seem to have been far less prevalent or troublesome. But, all this is anecdotal as I don't think there have been any clinical trials yet. Like I say, do your own research.

Been taking it for few days. So far seem good quality. People getting ill around me and my immune system is robust and coping. This extract is a part of simple immune program support I am on. I had some issues with the first deliver. Customer support at Zen was very helpful. Top mark. Thank you.

I started taking these in the winter when I couldnt shake off the last remains of a cold, with in a week that annoying cough and phlegm had gone. I continue to take one or two a day to keep these bigs at bay and also help with blood sugar (I'm not sure if it's helping withblood sugars) But I've not had a cold since I have been taking these. It's now August and have been taking these since begining of the year. So it must be doing something. I alos reccomended these to a friend who had the flu, but still felt run down a week after having it, she took them and in within 3 days she told me he felt the best shes felt in a weeks. Whether this was just good timing, placebo effect or the Olive extract working, it did her no harm and she sang praise over these capsules. This is all genuine from me, it might not work for you the same way. But it's worth a try if you know it'll be safe for you to do so.

But I noticed this batch looks different to my last order. My last two orders of this same product was a much darker green capsule compared to this one and which is much lighter

First time using this brand. I believe it is helping my immune system, along with oregano, kyolic garlic and hemp seed oil. Recently been ill but this is helping me recover and is a five star product.

I bought this product in the hope that it would finally rid me of a cold sore that had been hanging on for over three months. I have never had a cold sore in my life before so had no idea what it felt like or even if it was one. It started out with very dry lips that felt chapped but then progressed into swollen lips with inflammation around the outside of my lips and lots of tiny blisters. At no time did I ever have an actual sore on my lips the way some people seem to have. I did wonder at times if it was even a cold sore but my husband assured me it was because of the tingling/stinging feeling that occurred. I changed my diet. I am vegan and prior to this episode ate alot of nuts. I knew about the amino acid arginine being involved in cold sore production so I bought a lysine supplement to counteract arginine. This did work up to a point along with colloidal silver and a cold sore cream containing zinc, but I knew the herpes infection had still not gone. I kept getting flare ups (chocolate is another trigger) even though I had changed my diet, cut out nuts and seeds and only had one square of chocolate! So, I did some more research and discovered olive leaf extract. If I could give this product ten stars I would. I started taking two capsules a day and within a week my symptoms had dramatically improved. I have kept on taking the capsules and my lips have finally returned to normal. This product is incredible and I highly recommend it. I noted that some people taking it experienced nausea but I had nothing like that at all. I take a capsule before a meal and everything is fine. Highly recommended.

I have been using olive leaf extract for many years, I can tell when a particular brand is strong or less effective, and Zen Herbs is excellent, it worked quickly on a virus I had. Olive leaf makes my BP drop which sometimes causes dizziness but thats because I have low BP, so I have to be careful with dosage, but its also another way for me to know it is powerful and this brand is.
