My 12 year old son has Osgood-Schlatter disease. He is an athlete and it has made things very challenging for him. I had purchased him lifts from the podiatrist, but found these on Amazon and gave them a try. They are amazing! They are great quality and the suede prevent prevents my son’s foot from slipping in his shoes. They also have great adhesive. I have ordered more to put in his regular shoes. He also has put these in his soccer cleats and has found pain relief. I would highly recommend them. He says they are comfortable and provide him with more support.

These are sturdy, and the size is appropriate for the heel area. I like the texture of the pad, my heel does not slide around. The adjustable height is good also. Great for achilles tendonitis. I wish these were available in black. Once you remove a layer, you cannot put it back. So be sure you want to take it off. You might get the layer back on there if you glue it on or something. It will depend on if you remove it cleanly in one piece or not. One of mine did, the other did not. I continue to have trouble keeping them on my shoe. I cannot wear shoes with a back on them, which leaves plenty of opportunity for these to slide out. I actually did lose one of these in this pack :(. I use duct tape now to adhere them to my shoe. I roll it up in several small rolls. It needs to be changed out every once in a while, and sometimes it will show out of the sides if you don't maintain it. Overall, these work very well, and last for a long time. They are the best I have personally found in this affordable price range.
