Most effective collagen, but need good diet , exercise, then will work otherwise nothing can stop your aging. All have be together in balance; this collagen combination it’s working fantastic for me , don’t be misleading there no magic tablets if you eating rubbish and don’t do any exercise

Bottle wasn't sealed. Has a slightly constipating effect, but overall good value although a lot of tablets to take each time.

It is good I love that it comes in a big size although you need to take several per day but for the treatment is good

Good product in my opinion takes a while to get in your system but I believe it helps in recovery from running and strength training!
