I love the HUM products. They all are superior quality and work exactly as they should without adverse side effects. Highly recommend this as an adjunct to your skincare.

Even despite the rather high price tag, I will never go without it! My skin has never been so perfect. I also use a skincare routine but I seriously doubt I would need to. The only thing left to go are some tiny lines or old acne scars around my mouth or rather my chin area and one small furrow line and some discoloration on my cheeks! But weather I apply anything beyond moisturizer I would say I only need these gel caps! I try to take them daily but I always forget if I’ve already taken them already that day already or not. I also use the UBER ENERGY and let me tell u what… it gives me even more energy than a Red Bull. HUM is for real!!!

Es la primera vez que comparto una opinión, pero pienso que vale la pena, yo lo empecé a probar por 2 meses porque me lo regalaron, luego de esos 2 meses vi mi piel muy diferente , muy hidratada , suave , y de ahí hasta ahora lo sigo comprando , vale la pena comprarlo

I didnt expect alot from this product. I think its too expensive to continue using. The only thing I've noticed and do not like is my face chest and upper back are very oily. Ive never had oily skin like this before and I'm almost 52. I guess if you have extremely dry skin this may help with that. It took about a week to start feeling oily. Thankfully I've finished using it and figure my skin will go back to not being oily after awhile.
