Used this on a solid wall in a very old house (1600’s) - used the cream rather than the sticks. Easy to use and results noticeable within a couple of days . Used internally so coated wall below treatment with dry zones’ dry base paint - everything is now completely dry to the touch and my damp meter readings show a big reduction - it will take time for the wall to fully dry, but it is heading in the right direction and the very wet section at the bottom is now dry to the touch. Highly recommend.

it was put in with ease, theres almost no resistance when injecting it so go slow and pull out slowly as squeezing the trigger or there will be great wastage.

I have a 1903 terrace house with cavity wall construction. The back yard slopes towards the rear wall and water channels along the building line before draining away. It is fair to say the the bottom two courses of brick are completely saturated as can be observed by moss growing and darker brick and wet joints. I used this product and can say it is brilliant. Within 2 days, following the bricks being saturated and experiencing rising damp for years, the mortar gaps have changed colour and the masonry is visually dryer! I followed the methodology and drilled and filled the mortar courses between the staggered bonds and also went as far as to also fill the bricks as they are also extremely pourus with high sorptivity. Fantastic product and I look forward to see it develop and dry our further. Great DIY product, with just the need of a decent drill. One thing I can say is be mindful if you pull the trigger too hard whilst drawing the tube back out of the wall, I experienced high pressure and the pipe shot out of the applicator with a great splatter. Great value compared to having a professional come in and do it, I would recommend this product to anyone as a remedial fix without having to replace a course of bricks and lay a new DPC!

It was easy enough to use. But after back filling 4 holes the tube was empty ! Have ordered another 5 tubes just to do a 5metre length of double brick ,1 metre was chimney breast, so was only 1 brick thick !! On old brick with soft mortar you seem to need a lot more.

This is an excellent product but you need to follow the instructions carefully and use some common sense. To avoid wastage don't overfill the holes and use plastic plugs to seal them once full. It's important to follow the recommended hole placing and by doing so the wall begins to dry out within a few days. It's not cheap but used properly far better value than many so called expert damp proofing companies. To ensure the hole is completely full push the filler tube all the way in & whilst apply light pressure on the gun trigger slowly withdraw the gun & tube. Once the hole is full push the plastic plug in immediately. I've now treated three sections of wall in my 19th century house & Dryzone has done the job perfectly. Highly recommended.

Premesso che i lavori per blocco dell'umidità che capillarizza nei muri sono tra i più delicati e richiedono manualità e saper fare, vado a parlarvi della mia situazione. Causa infiltrazione su grande terrazzo di casa che creava vere e proprie sacche d'acqua nel piano con il conseguente rigonfiamento sia frontalmente che sotto dell'intonaco, dopo anni di "rattoppi" inutili nel lungo periodo, ho optatto per un trattamento "d'urto". Bucato il piano, siringato e chiusi i fori inserendo 4/5 cm dello stesso prodotto in barre per aumentare la pressione dello stesso e permettere la migliore diffusione, ho poi ricostruito lo strato d'intonaco rimosso con Operlite di Aguaplast e messo retina in acciaio anticorrosione. Successivamente altro strato di operlite a copertura della stessa. Lasciato asciugare e intanto isolato con Stormdry crema gel l'intero terrazzo. Con un lavoro del genere che certo non risulta il massimo per chi non è "ferrato" nel fai da te, sono riuscito a chiudere finalmente i conti con questo discorso rognoso. Ripeto però che bisogna avere mano (un bel pò) e pazienza (tanta) e soprattutto se possibile capire l'origine del problema perchè se non si blocca alla radice la permeazione dell'acqua, nel mio caso isolando il terrazzo, qualunque lavoro di risanamento è destinato presto o tardi a mostrare i propri limiti Buona vita e buon lavoro a tutti

Después de probar varios productos para eliminar la humedad de una pared, este kit de Dry Zone ha sido lo único que realmente nos funcionó. Es fácil de aplicar y empezamos a notar la diferencia en poco tiempo. La pared dejó de mostrar manchas y el olor a humedad desapareció. Muy satisfechos con el resultado; totalmente recomendable.
