I think this product works for me because I don’t drink coffee, eat low calories vegetarian diet and walk a lot as an exercise. It does suppress my hunger and gives a little energy boost. But now is extremely hot outside and I feel that the supplement increases the feeling of hot weather further. So unless you have a strong heart don’t try taking it. Also it only works if you are on a diet. So don’t expect miracles

Excellent quality Does help you lose a bit of weight but they made me tired & depressed so had to stop taking them

I love this brand for any vitamins but i am not sure if this product had any effect on me
