Awesome toy, I bought a couple of these for my little boy who was then 20 months old, thinking they might keep him (or me) entertained for a few minutes on a long haul flight that I was dreading - they have been so much more than I had hoped for, he very quickly caught on how to hold the pen and "colour" the pages, since it is chunky and easy to grip, and dispenses water very readily (yet without spilling). These not only brought on his motor skills, but kept him quiet during a long delay at the stopover airport and are great for playing "can you see the dog/butterfly/bird" etc as there are many hidden items (he could just about point but was no way ready for I spy or talking!) - he still loves them now, though he has rather chewed the pen to death. The colours are nice and bright, they dry quickly and are still going strong, great for the price.

Purchased this for my toddler as we were due to fly on holiday. Enis was a go to for him on the plane and during the holiday. I would highly recommend this activity ass it is mess free and perfect for going on a journey. The top layer can easily be scratched off which is the only downside hence the 4 star rating

4yo boy LOVES these - we have several and they always keep him entertained for far longer than you might anticipate! The brush uses plain water - it unscrews to allow you to fill a small reservoir, then screws back on tightly. We've not had any problems with leakage. The reservoir lasts a long time - enough to complete the book 8-10 times in our experience. Each page starts with a black outline on a white page. Upon brushing water onto it, an image is revealed beneath, filling the outline with colours and details. In addition to the entertainment this provides, there is also a look and find aspect - on the back of each page are a selection of detail for children to find within the details that have been revealed. The book is five 'pages' and dries out quickly for reuse - by the time the final page is complete, the first is able to be used again. Have bought these since for many friends whose children are similarly occupied with them - one friend is taking three on the 24hr flight to NZ, so best of luck to her!

This is a great product for young children, painting with no mess! Pictures are great and dry out to be used again and again, product does what it says! Children even love to paint their fingers, hands etc with the little brush, and are happy to paint the pictures again! I one hundred per cent endorse this product.

Great for entertaining a toddler on a flight and on holiday. Decent size, cute pictures. Fairly durable pages, and it’s good it’s a brush head rather than a nib (had a nib style one before that just ripped the surface of the page). Love that you can use these over and over, and that there is no mess - just a few drops of water. Love it

I thought this was great for the first couple of weeks, bearing in mind my daughter used it and absolutely loved it for 2 days per week. We refill the pen, even shake it and very little water comes out. We now have a pot with water and she dips the brush. So no longer any us to keep in her bag or for travel. Very disappointed

Che dire è stato amore a prima vista, ci gioca tantissimo, molte volte non ha voglia di aspettare i famosi 10 minuti per far assorbire completamente l'acqua alle pagine e mi costringe a prendere l'asciugacapelli per asciugare più rapidamente le pagine per poterci subito colorare con il suo pennerello magico( così lo chiama 😂😂😂). La serie di questi libri ad acqua della Melissa & Doug è veramente formidabile e i bambini ne vengono attratti perchè grazie al pennerello ad acqua credono di possedere un oggetto magico che gli permette di far apparire e scomparire i bellissimi disegni che si riescono a riprodurre sulle tavole che contengo il libro. Il libro è costituito da 4 tavole da colorare che hanno come tema gli animali e da un pennerello ad acqua. Il pennerello contiene un piccolo contenitore, all'interno del quale si inserisce l'acqua e dopo lo si avvita al pennerello , quando il bambino prova a disegnare su una delle tavole del libro il pennerello rilascia dell'acqua che a contatto con la tavola fa comparire il disegno colorato che si trova in essa. Per far scomparire il disegno colorato dalla tavola ci vogliono circa 10 minuti, dopodiché il bimbo può nuovamente colorarci sopra. Mio figlio è veramente felice quando utilizza questo libro per colorare e quindi dopo una decina di giorni che usava il prodotto ho deciso di comprargli altri due libri con temi differenti della collezione Melissa & Doug - Water Wow, quindi ora ha l'imbarazzo della scelta su quale colorare per primo 🤣🤣🤣. 👉 CONCLUSIONI : In conclusione questo è un prodotto di alta qualità, si dimostra di avere un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo e consiglio vivamente l’acquisto se siete intenzionati di fare un regalo per i vostri figli o nipoti. Fattore importante e che i bambini vengono molto stimolati nella creatività, nell'immaginazione e nell'utilizzo di un pennerello. Spero che la mia esperienza con questo prodotto possa essere utile agli altri utenti .

Diese wurde als Geschenk gekauft und das Kind malt schon seit Monate drauf und ist immer noch begeistert. Ich habe früher andere Varianten davon für meine Kindern gekauft, 2 und 4 Jahre alt. Beide Mädels lieben es und malen begeistert. Ich müsste inzwischen mehrere davon kaufen, mit anderen Themen. Immer kriege ich von den Eltern zu höre, wie toll das Malbuch ist. Vorteile: Preis-Leistung passt, es kann immer wieder benutzt werden. Die Bücher sind nicht zu groß und passen gut in meine Tasche oder Kinderrücksack im Kindergartengröße. Die sind wieder verwendbar, man muss nur einmal trocken lassen , was bis jetzt kaum länger als eine Stunde gedauert hat. Nur Wasser notwendig, also, es kann nass werden, aber es gibt keine Schweinerei oder Flecken. Die sind perfekt zum Mitnehmen: zum Restaurants, Autofahrten, Flugzeug, usw. Meine 3 jährige Tochter kann inzwischen den Stift selber befüllen.

Would buy this 100 times over. Recommended for non screen time and imaginative play. My little one loves finding the hidden pictures. Good size to carry out and about. Pen is great and holds water well.
