Less Salt Soy Sauce, 975 ml, Naturally Brewed

I've tried various Soy sauces and always come back to Kikkoman - it's lovely. The Less Salt version has great taste and I don't miss whatever salt was taken out. Buying a big bottle like this is much better value and I'm really glad that Amazon offer it since supermarkets don't tend to have it. The only downside I've found is that when it arrives, it usually has the top of the bottled pressed in somewhat, although it's perfectly sealed and doesn't cause a problem pouring. I don't know why but it's usually send just loose in a box - a bit of packing paper might avoid the damage, or maybe they're actually slight seconds and that's why the price is reasonable? I only recently discovered that you should keep soy sauce in the fridge once opened - waiting to see if that improves it while keeping although I never noticed any reduction in quality when I stored it in the pantry cupboard...
