This is a v portable and effective ladder for simple plyometric training, the dvd offers good programmes, and the storage bag and securing clips are an added bonus

Straps are twisted on one end
The product straps are twisted on one end so it's not straight. 2 squares are twisted. There is no way to ajust the straps. This is a very poor fault with the product.
