Handy to have around
For the "oh, no. I haven't got the time to grab/get/buy/prepare anything today" It fills up for a few hours and you can eat(drink) on the go. I would however give 4 stars because of the amount of sweeteners. It makes me bloaty and farty, which is not ideal. I checked my symptoms and "Mr Google" said the sweeteners were likely to be the cause. But, it case of "emergency". It does the job. I would not survive on it for long... or people around me ;-) But I can't fault it.

I do like them. Taste quite nice, not overly banana flavour. But they are very sweet, so not sure they are that healthy.

Definitely works if you stick to it i replace 2 meals a day with these and im steadily losing weight around 2lb a week which im happy with

Perfect Quick Breakfast for Busy Mornings
I use the SlimFast Ready To Drink Shake mainly as a quick breakfast when I don’t have time to prepare or grab something before heading out in the morning. It’s really convenient, just grab one from the fridge and you’re good to go. The shakes taste good and are smooth to drink, not overly thick like some meal replacement options. They’re filling enough to keep me going through the morning, which makes them a great option on busy days.

Not as nice as other flavours
Lacked the main banana taste in my opinion and I’m not a smoker the strawberry flavour is by far the most delicious and tasty..great for weight loss and only having to potentially bother about on e cooked or main meal a day!
