The fourteen track album titled 'DAMN.', has Rihanna featured on a track called 'Loyalty' and U2 on a song called 'XXX'. Kendrick also blessed his fans with a single called 'Humble': a track that some excited fans even described as being 'better than Drake's whole album'. Considering the weighty subject material of Lamar's previous two full-length releases, from the masterfully constructed narrative arc of his 2012's 'good kid, m.A.A.d city' to 'Butterfly''s searing political messaging, this is a similarly heavy-hitting release from Lamar.

Another great album from Kung-Fu Kenny
How do you follow up Good Kid M.A.A.D City and To Pimp A Butterfly when the former was easily the best rap album of the year and latter is arguable the best of the decade?This is how. With an album which manges to be simultaneously lyrically and conceptually dense yet accessible and re-playable. DAMN follows themes of duality and inner conflict throughout the album, with tracks like Pride and Humble, Love and Lust, Fear and God. Kendrick's lyrics are introspective and delivered in his many voices over a series of brilliantly produced tracks.Stand out songs include D.N.A, Element, Fear, XXX, and Duckworth.

A great album, definitely worth picking it up if you like having a cd
Title pretty much says it all really, great album, definitely one of my favourites which I've been listening to for a while through streaming, but felt the urge to buy the cd. I like having physical copies so for me it's great and a good price.

An amazingly dark album, a tale of two halfs
Unfortunately I'll be keeping this sealed for my collection so can't really comment on the packaging. But im got the album anyway and it's just as good as the original DAMN. It always feels like a different album at first. But you very used to it.For me this Kendricks best album. Dark, but half of its upbeat with serious lyrics. Then it gets downbeat and dark. Amazing album. It's got so many bangers on it too.Get it.

Good quality, bad packaging
Had to spend a week flattening out the second LP because it was packaged squished. There was a plastic wrap around the record box which squished half of the LP against the other, which is standard. However, the gap in the middle for opening the box, to view the inside graphic, caused the LP to warp.Other than that, the box is cool and sounds great.

It took me while to get into this album, I couldn't really see what all the hype was about, but when it did finally kick in after several run throughs, oh my what an album! the production quality is exceptional and the writing incredible from a hip hop artist truely on top of his game, the more you analyze it, the better it gets and hearing it on vinyl in my opinion makes it all the more special. Best thing I've heard in a long while
