Great for catching & releasing spiders. Already caught about 5 since purchasing this. So very useful. Bought another one of these as I was pleased with it.

Smaller than expected but does the job well

This is our second bug Katcha as we bought one for upstairs and down. With care, you can capture spiders, woodlice, bees and wasps etc without harming them and gently remove them outside. The old one is still going after many years. The only bug catcher we have tried that seems to remove bugs safely and gently.

Had one of these a few years ago and the quality was really good, nice and sturdy. Ordered it again as old one broke, quite disappointed as it seems to be very flimsy. The end comes off everytime I try to throw out a spider so I find myself jumping around trying to catch the spider again. Will try and use some tape to hold it together for now.

I’ve used this 3 times now. 2 large spiders one tiny (and on a grape to show someone on FaceTime) the first spider got slightly squashed but survived. By the second spider it was so much easier (the grape was to big so got really squashed) I’m not petrified by spiders just nervous so this catcher was great. If you are really scared get the longest length.

Please take notice of what others have said. This is very cheap quality! It comes in a plastic bag so not nicely packaged. I bought for my sister for her birthday as a joke as she hates catching spiders. So I had to print out my own picture or she won't even know what it is! When I went to assemble I noticed the ends of the sticks looked damaged. I contacted the seller and they said this is how it looks from the cutting process. See for yourself in the pics. I guess it doesn't affect the use.....however....moving on, the sliding door comes open very easily and I suspect this may lead to the spider dropping out once caught. I wouldn't have been bothered if the item was half the price. Definitely not worth £6.99. The seller did offer a full refund if I returned it but then I have to find something else. I was hoping for a replacement that didn't appear damaged.

A bit cumbersome to use. Short handled also. I do prefer my other spider catcher Which is a different design. It might be good for kids to see insects, if they manage to catch them.

Meraviglioso. Sono felicissimo di aver trovato un aggeggio che mi permette di espellere da casa gli insetti senza ucciderli. Va benissimo con i ragni ma anche con le cimici e addirittura con le zanzare (se si è abbastanza veloci). Veramente un'idea geniale.
