SUB ZERO Ice SS3327 Speakers, 6.5-inch Coaxial 220W - Black/grey

I’m an audiophile enthusiast and I bought these speakers to replace my 20 year old ruined harman kardons. These were easy to fit, I used thick sound deadening foam behind etc. running in my car with harman kardon amp, 2 harman tweeters and a sub and with a proper EQ if you want to spend the time getting the frequencies right these speakers sound incredible. There is depth, there is a real soundstage in these speakers and the mid range is crystal clear and very full. Good bass response, not overwhelming. Complimented very well by a sub. Well worth the money! Connectors on cables are ok but if fitting in a car door definitely heat shrink or solder your connections to prevent moisture ingress. Speakers grills are great quality too. These speakers are relatively heavy weight with a decent magnet. 100% recommend!!

Surprising good for the money. Enough bass in my big 4x4, clear and bright sound. Easy to fit with plenty of mounting holes to match up to the car door For less than £20 they are a good replacement for the useless paper speakers in the car

Same type of review as ‘P’ bought them for my daughter’s Corsa E . The old ones had a rubbing coil , a common problem. These I also managed to for using the old spacers but given more time I would probably get some new ones. These speakers sound great, nice clear sound and plenty of bass. For the money they are honestly amazing value. Great replacements for stock speakers. I think they sound better. They are hidden behind the door trim so you can’t see them, but the covers they came with look very smart if you needed to surface mount them.

Purchased to replace damaged rear parcel shelf speakers in car. There ok but not as good sound as the car manufacturer’s original speakers.

These speakers are an excellent value almost direct replacement for the factory ones in my Citroen Berlingo (2007). The size is perfect circumference-wise, however you do need to cut into the membrane at the back in the doors to allow the deeper magnet, etc to fit. The original grill / cover was easy enough to prise off with a small screwdriver. 4 torx screws then allowed it's removel (keep, as you need to reuse these). Remove the old speakers, remove the tiny plastic notch sticking out where the old speakers sat. I ended up cutting a small length of cable (included in the kit) with clips on and soldering these to the existing car wires. Using heat activated soldering tubes is really easy, using a lighter to melt the solder and join the wires. Installation is simply a case of lining the holes up again, then using the original screws. The original covers from the Berlingo fit perfectly. The included ones were sadly a tiny bit too wide (a mm or two). Sound is reasonably good. I can turn the bass up on the stock stereo, turn the volume up and it remains clear and good to listen to. The sound is clear and sufficiently covers the range perfectly for my needs. For a pair of speakers under £20 to replace 15 year old stock speakers, I'm more than happy with these and can highly recommend them.

before bought these read revviews on here that they were rubbish and not worth it but beingon a budget decided to but anyway as i need some to replace the broken speakers in a corsa E , fitted them by using th eold plastic adapters of the factory fitted speakers just cut the old speakers out the plastic and put these ones in there place then screw back in to door will have wire them as well, but sounds wasnt glastonbury but was good enough plenty of bass in there , well worth the money

Good quality speakers great sound

Well mate what can I say. I have a honda CR-V and the speakers are made from paper, absolutely shocking so I brought a set of these for the front,bit of a mission to fit but did it in less than two hours and let me tell ya,the sound quality has jumped from a 1 to an easy eight.. maybe even nine. Obviously not the best speaker's in the world but they are loads better. I have one problem now though as the front sounds so good the rears are shockingly bad so I will need to get another set:))) all in all I would definitely rate these as a cheap but well worth upgrade..
