This was delivered as a gift; I think everything is pretty fresh. My uncle loved it.

I'm trying to send this to someone else and put a note who it is from. i can't seem to find where i can do that. can you tell me where i can do this

There should be a comment box somewhere to leave a gift message…if not, I always text the recipient near the delivery time to let him/her know the package delivered is from me. Hope this helped!

Does it need to be refrigerated before opening? I want to send it as a Christmas Gift which is two weeks away.

I think it's 2 years since I ordered this as a gift which I had delivered to the recipient in a different state. The gift basket shown is not the exact gift basket I ordered, but I can tell you 2 years ago that it was not delivered in the timeframe promised and I had to follow up with the company several days after the expected delivery day only to hear excuses that they were busy. It did finally make it to its destination, but I was disappointed that I was not notified by the company that there was a delay.
