Did not cause any pain in my arm, which is a good thing.
Initially, I felt like a caveman holding a huge bone, but after a few hours with it, I grew to like it. Unlike using the traditional mouse, where I rotate my wrist for hours, this did not cause any pain in my arm. It's nice; it took me a while to adjust, but it feels good and comfortable. Well, that's my 2 cents

ergonomic mouse by Anker
I had never heard of ergonomic mice before and for years I had quite happily used a 'normal' mouse for computer work. Until I had an injury to my dominant arm and using a normal mouse was just so painful. The ergonomic mouse was a game changer. So I continue using these mice even though my arm is better. How you hold the mouse ergonomic is so natural and comfortable to use. A few weeks ago I bought the same mouse but wired. The wired mouse is brilliant but the wire kept getting in my way. Now I have got the wireless one. Identical to the wired one. Easy to use and go back pages. I love it. It comes with a USB for the computer and requires 2 AAA batteries for the mouse. Once the batteries are in it is ready to go. There is no need to go to settings to set it up.It works straight away. However, I have returned it. There was nothing wrong with the mouse apart from the red light not coming on when I was using it. It is hard to explain. The wired mouse's stripe lights up red when you use it, which I liked. I could see the computer was on and ready to go. However the wireless mouse same model just wireless the light strip does not light up at all. So it looks like a dead mouse. I have got used to seeing the red light on the other model. So, I don't know if it is a fault or just how its designed. I SENT THE WIRELESS MOUSE BACK AND GOT ANOTHER THE SAME. tHE SAME THING THE STRIP DOES NOT SHINE WITH ALIGHT LIKE THE WIRED ANKER. i CONTACTED ANKER AND THEY SAID THE WIRELESS MOUSE DOES NOT LIGHT UP. I like anker but I also like a wireless mouse with lights so I sent this back again.

Really good ergonomic mouse overall - scroll wheel let's it down though
This is a really good ergonomic mouse overall, comfortable for all day use, light as well. I've been using it as my main mouse for over a year now, and it has definitely helped reduce the write pain that I was experiencing with a standard mouse. As you'd expect from Anker, the build quality is really good and I've had no connectivity issues at all. However, I do have a couple of negatives. Firstly, the battery life isn't fantastic, and you get no warning, so it just stops working, and then you have to replace the batteries - no recharging. Secondly, the scroll wheel feels so heavy and clunky - I find that I use my middle finger mostly due to the way my hand fits around the mouse, which took some getting used to but I liked it, but the scroll wheel seems to be getting harder to move, which is making me shop around for a different mouse now.

Confortable and easy to setup!
Fantastic Ergonomic Design – A Game-Changer for Wrist Pain Relief I recently purchased this mouse, and it has made a world of difference in my daily comfort and productivity. If you’re dealing with wrist pain from traditional mice, this product is a must-have! Ergonomics at its Best: The vertical design is incredibly intuitive, providing a natural hand position that drastically reduces strain. It took me no time at all to adjust to the new grip, and I immediately noticed how much better my wrist felt after extended use. Unlike conventional flat mice, the vertical structure keeps my hand in a handshake position, which is much more comfortable and ergonomic. Easy to Set Up and Use: The setup is as simple as it gets. Just pop in two AAA batteries (which aren’t included) and plug in the wireless USB receiver. There’s no need to fuss with drivers or complicated software – it’s truly plug-and-play, making it perfect for users who want hassle-free installation. Improves Comfort & Reduces Pain: Before switching to this mouse, I was experiencing significant wrist discomfort, but after just a short time with the Anker ergonomic mouse, I’ve noticed a significant improvement. The thoughtful design encourages better posture and reduces the strain that traditional mice tend to cause. In Summary: The mouse is a fantastic solution for anyone looking to alleviate wrist pain and improve their overall comfort during computer use. It’s easy to set up, has a solid ergonomic design, and is perfect for both work and leisure. Highly recommended!

Like a Dream
Bought this mouse back in June 2015. I'm a graphic design student in third year at university now. Back then I was going into second year and suffered from RSI somewhat which would make designing difficult for me. In May of this year (2016), I bought a new Macbook and when I transitioned the mouse over from my Windows to Mac, it started displaying some issues which I thought were to do with compatibility, so I bought a new mouse. Slowly but surely I recognised that this was due to the fact that after using it day in day out for almost a year (10 hours+ some days), that the scroll had started not to work and the back and forward buttons were just because of the OS. Now, I'm at a point with my new mouse (Logitech MX Master) and it just doesn't match up whatever to this so I'm going to buy a new one of the Anker. The problem with my new mouse is that it's heavy, laggy, and has a broken scroll wheel after two-three months. Not ideal for using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and so on. But with this, it's like a dream. I picked up my old Anker a few minutes ago and plugged it into this Mac and loved how it matched up, for a fraction of the price. It's lightweight so it's easy to move and doesn't strain your wrist. It's simplistic and does what it says on the box. And I think the most important thing here is that with so much usage, it has held out a very long time - almost a year. I didn't find that it drained that much battery life either (unless you leave it switched on day and night when not using). I honestly don't know why I invested more in what was supposed to be a superior mouse because it was garbage for me. This is a dream and would wholeheartedly recommend for anyone doing long periods of work on the computer, or even just as a casual user. I think it pretty much echoes how I feel about it when I actually look forward to designing because of the mouse, because at the moment I'm steering away from doing intricate stuff with the MX Master's lagginess and other such problems. All in all for the price, and what you get out of it, I couldn't recommend it more.

Good while it lasted...
Great mouse that really helped with the strains I was getting but its now given up the ghost after 14 months as the wheel no longer rotates for scrolling. May but another one as I like the design, but I feel it should last longer.

Nice vertical mouse from Anker
Nice vertical mouse for wrist pain. Initially it took time for me to adjust but it is amazing product for the price you pay. The buttons are well placed however I find it tricky to use the tight click sometimes. Again it is due to my new experience. Scroll wheel has nice grip and work well while scrolling through the webpage.

Anker quality never disappoints
The best economic mouse, Anker’s quality never disappoints. It’s super comfortable, made from lovely soft material and button placement is perfect for everyday use. I use 8 hours a day for work and have noticed a significant reduction in wrist pain.

Ergonomico, consigliato!

My 2nd purchase
Got my second Anker Ergonomic mouse to use in the office. The mouse is easy to get use to and fit well in my hand. It did help release some tension in my shoulder. Price is affordable too.
