Question for seller - Will get same as in photo in listing i.e. 12 colouring pencils and 2 x hb pencils? Or is the photo misleading?

Is there a navy blue colour in this set of 36 pencils, or at least a very good dark blue? I’m trying to colour in the character ‘Bluey Heeler’

From a quick image search for Bluey, and assuming that the pencil set colours havent changed since I bought them, I would say that the blue colours used for the character appear to be in the set. The yellow colour on her snout isnt there exactly, there's a similar one but you might need to colour lightly to get the right shade.

Are these coloured pencils encased in wood (or some other material)? I am looking for coloured pencils encased in something other than wood.

Yes they are wood, there aren't many that aren't, there are however woodless pencils which are really good. Derwent do some which are called Aquarelle and Koh i noor do some Progresso woodless pencils. They are solid lead so last ages and need less sharpening. Type in woodless pencils and they should come up, i have written a review on the progresso ones! My favourite of the two!
