The rollers are easy to use. With DRY hair, I rolled all the hair on my head using the large rollers on the top of my head and small for the rest of my head. Then I turned my blow dryer on hot and blew all the rollers with hot air to help set the curl. I allowed 20-30 minutes for the rollers to cool while I did my make up. After the hair had cooled, I removed the rollers and the curl was great. I lightly combed it out and then sprayed with the Drybar Rum Hair Spray which I also really liked because it has good but soft hold that lightly smells like the beach. Note that there are not enough big clamps for each roller. Save the big clamps for longer heavier sections of hair and get some long metal hair clips for the rest. You could also roll your hair wet if you have the patience to wait for it to dry. I had a wedding to go to and I toyed with the idea of getting my hair done at a salon but then decided to try doing my own hair and it came out great.

So many choices! There aren’t enough clips supplied for the curlers so if need all- you’ll be buying more clips. I roll hair up and put a scarf over them since the clips were missing.

I did not expect to like the items as much as I do. Got it on a lark when it was a deal and do not regret it at all. I have a lot of hair but it is very fine. This set will not give you curls but wow! It adds a ton of volume! Even at full price, it is a steal and the extra boost lasts all day. .

They work, but not too well for my hair. I have very thick and long hair. My sister uses them more, and her hair is not as think so it works better.

Incredible quality

Stick in hair easily. I don’t feel like it pulls too hard on my hair when I’m taking them out. Gives excellent volume!

Use them all the time, great buy and great quality

I have pretty fine silky hair, and usually have trouble with clips or hair bands staying in my hair. These velcro rollers have really great grip and have no trouble staying where I put them. I’m still trying to finesse how to use them, have no idea how people sleep with them on. Pretty hard, gave me a headache the one time I tried. But for using during the day and blow drying, these are fantastic

I expected better from Drybar, especially at this price point. These clips look sleek and professional, but they break way too easily. I’ve had cheaper drugstore versions last longer. After just a few uses, the plastic snapped on more than one clip with minimal pressure. For a brand built on salon-quality products, this feels like a serious miss. Bottom line: You're paying for the name, not the durability. Disappointing for the price.
