Easy to use and cleans my coffee machine effectively. I had been using bicarb and white vinegar but that needed to be done weekly where a clean with this product means it only needs doing again after two months. Make sure to shake out the loose limescale after using.

Difficult to know how well these descalers work in practice as you can't see the inside of the coffee machine as you can with a kettle. However, I have used other Kilrock products and they work well so I will work on the basis that this works equally well.

really good one off the best on the market i had no lamie scale in the expresso after using this i use this evry 50-60 days for a cleaning opena window if the coffe machines is in a inclose space when ur doing ur cleaning and maintenance

I have used Kilrock descaler multiple times and it has always worked for me. You hear stories where people have had to descale twice to get their coffee machine to start, not with this stuff.

Does what it says, good value for money, easy to use

I previously used the standard Kilrock descaler which eventually destroyed the boiler of my Gaggia machine with corrosion. Having replaced the boiler and several other internal components including the pump I have decided to use a much more gentle agent for this essential task in a hard water area.

Excellent stuff which really works

It's cheaper compared to other similar products. It's just not as effective as other brands. I used it to descale my kettle and coffee machine. The kettle was very disappointing.
