Anolon Advanced Home Hard-Anodized Nonstick Skillets (10.25-Inch, Bronze)

This pan is great. It is better than other non-stick pans I’ve had and I have tried many in a variety of price ranges. This one is substantial in weight. The handle is comfortable. Nothing sticks in this pan. It heats evenly. I have used mine every day for a couple of months now and have had no problem with anything sticking and the clean up is excellent inside and out. I don’t put it in the dishwasher but I think it says you can. I highly recommend this pan and feel that it will probably last for many years. And the price is good. Previously, I had decided that any non-stick pan would have to be replace every couple of years and started buying cheap pans because they lasted as long as expensive pans. This pan is not expensive and seems like it will last many years! Win-win!

I purchased this because a I was cooking eggs on a big box store no stick fry pan and eggs were sticking to the pan. I already have a 12 inch Analon pan and it’s the best no stick pan I’ve ever owned. So I bought this and it works great. Eggs or Salmon fillets don’t stick. It’s just that simple.

This was purchased as a replacement for the same pan that I had damaged beyond saving after 30+ years of my abuse. The replacement pan is already in regular use and I hope I have learned not to torture this awesome pan. I have nine more Anolon pans in the cabinet that are as good as new. It’s just this pan that I have tortured for years.

If used as directed, no metal utensils and no more than medium heat the pan surface has not deteriorated. I use the pan many days of the week. It is very easy to clean. I personally clean it by hand which is very easy since nothing sticks to the surface. Since the bottom of the pan contains a heat slug it does take a bit of time for it to heat up. This slug also helps provide uniform heat. I am very happy with this pan. I have been using it since I bought it in January of 2024, about 11 months now.

I owned the previous version of Anolon non stick. It held up, somewhat non stick wise, for about 10 years. This version is slicker. We'll see about longevity.

Replaced an old one (same exact pan I had for several years that had been scratched due to improper utensils being used), It's my every morning non-stick pan for cooking scrambled eggs. This 10.25" is the perfect size. Easy to clean.

I have a set of these pans now and I love the way they are lightweight and the easiest to clean. I swear nothing sticks to this pan. I have gone through a lot of nonstick pans over the years but these are by far the best. The only thing I would improve on would be nothing.

This is now my favorite skillet. It has a wonderful tough coating and is very easy to clean. It is lightweight but not thin. The skillet is top-notch and reflects Anolon's high quality. As far as I am concerned it is worth every penny.

Lightweight - works well with little oil required - low heat to ensure that the pan itself does not burn - careful handwashing - sponge only - do not use the scrubber side of the sponge as you will damage your frying pan...

Esta de muy buen tamaño y muy buena calidad. Lo limpio con un paño seco para que no se pegue después el huevo (para eso lo uso solamente) espero que me dure mucho, pero hasta ahorita lo recomiendo mucho

It's a great small non-stick frying pan for a quick omelette etc. You need to know that you shouldn't turn the heat up too high, otherwise food does stick to it (regardless of what kind of oil or butter you're using). Just set the burner to around the midpoint (let's say, a 5 or 6 on a scale of 10) and wait for it to warm up properly before adding the food. Then it works AND cleans perfectly.

I have been using the pan every day since I bought it. Outstanding quality!
