Just the job
What it says on the tin you need to know what your doing though when fitting

After installing a dashcam I wanted to hard wire it , this makes it easy
After I had installed a dashcam I wanted to hard wire it into the car. This not only frees up the power outlet but makes sure the dashcam is on. A quick check of the owners manual to find unused fuses, one with permanent power and one that comes on with the ignition. I hid the cable up to the dashcam while removing the Old cable, earthed the ground wire under a screw that holds the fuse box and checked the chosen unused fuse places had power. After putting the two connecting fuses into the fuse box everything was working as it should. Very pleased.

Great piece of kit
Easy to install works a treat with 10" Mirror Dash Cam. Still waiting though on the instruction manual for the JANSITE 10" Mirror I was promised a PDF file on the item still have not received it yet.

RUBBISH-Plug failed after 3 weeks
As per title fitted and all was well 2 weeks later headed to NC500 for a week long tour around the Highlands with the aim of my DashCam recording the whole journey and as soon as we crossed the birders the unit started playing up-turned out to be the plug faulty and after unplugging and trying to get a connection the complete unit has failed-ive now removed to check and its faulty after 5 weeks outside the return window very unhappy to have lost a trip of a lifetimes footage and all due to poor quality crap like this! Obviously not recommend from my experience 🙄

Check before buying
Didn't come with the mini usb connector as shown in the advert. Or with a adapter Just the micro usb that won't fit. So sent back
