Sneaky Shoe Tree's

I bought these shoe stretchers a little skeptically, but they turned out to be a lifesaver for a few pairs I thought I’d never wear again. Breaking in new shoes—or even rediscovering old ones that pinch—is so much easier with these. What impressed me most: • Easy to Use: Just insert, twist the handle, and let them do their magic. Brilliant, do exactly what they’re supposed to do

these are good - they're not expensive so I can have a few pairs and not have to choose which pair of trainers/sneakers gets to keep its shape. I have size 11 feet (UK) so I wish they were a little bigger, I think they are probably fine for anything up to size 10 UK, but are maybe a little short for any size bigger than that. the small size means that there isn't really much tension in the shoe tree so it isn't forcing my shoes straight. this product gets 4 stars, it would be 5 if they came in a couple of sizes and you could pick the smaller or larger size.

Easy to use and fit nice. Will keep my trainers in good shape and extended their lifespan. Will be ordering some more as my collection expands.

As someone that wants to maintain my shoes or trainers shape and for something that will be invisible to the eye (most of the item is at least) I didn't fancy spending upto £20 like other items were charging. This does exactly what you need, shapes the shoe so it spreads out the toe section wider and higher keeping a good overall shape of the shoe. Easy to insert and customise the spring part so it fits your shoe. Given only the silver spring part is on show when inserted, it maintains a good overall look of your shoe through its shape and the fact the plastic part is covered. Overall highly recommend, low cost to maintain your shoes shape is worth it.

They're ok, do the job to a degree, the toe end is a bit oddly shaped and a bit too slim so doesn't fit all shoes or trainers. Adjustable ones would be better, but for the price i can't complain

Having your feet mysteriously go up by a size or more is just another downside of getting old, and surely not the worst. So I figured I'd get a shoe stretcher to eke a few more years life out of my Merrill hiking boots and maybe a few other shoes. $25 for the good ones - wood, manually adjustable, width stretching in the toe box etc - seemed like too much so I bought these mid priced ones, figuring they'd be better than the cheapest @ $8. It's a one size fits all thing with nothing but a fixed spring to supposedly stretch your shoe, only in length with no way to further fill out the toe box. Nope. Maybe, just maybe, if you have very small feet but I doubt it. So back this pair goes and I'll stop being a cheapskate and get the good ones.
