Defective product & very poor service
At first the supply was not as per the order. Upon complaining the mattress was picked up but it has been a week as we still have no update on the refund / replacement. Extremely disappointed with the service

Very comfortable but not for long term use
This mattress is excellent for short-term use and provides great comfort. It is particularly useful during summers when power cuts occur, or when guests arrive. However, it is not suitable for prolonged use, as extended usage may lead to back pain.
