SumaClear Wildflower Pure Honey Tub 3 Kg

This arrived in lovely condition, all clear and runny, but quickly went rock hard and granular (I assume they kept it in temp controlled storage, but my house is hardly cold, about 20 celcius), very gritty and almost impossible to use. Flavour is ok, but nothing special, mostly just sweet, like sugar (possibly this is what it is, that would explain the texture!).

Quality honey. Would buy again and would definitely recommend as it is organic and lasts ages!

This is a lovely honey that has obviously not been overly processed. Upon arrival the honey was set (see photograph) to a consistency not unlike old fashioned fudge. I placed some of the honey in a jar and warmed it. This did not produce a 'clear' honey like those that you are used to seeing in the supermarket, further highlighting the lack of interference with such a natural product. Upon cooling the honey quickly returned to its former consistency, which I have to say I prefer. This is a lovely tasting honey (a little toffee-ish) with the added benefit of being produced organically in a non-GM area by a workers cooperative, producing a 'raw' product
