Rose Petal Multipurpose Beauty Salve 20g

Rose is one of my favourite scents for beauty products which led me to purchase this. It's a really lovely lip balm. I've suffered with permanently sore lips due to medication for years, so I've tried almost everything. Carmex usually worked the best but it was too thick and didnt feel nice so wanted an alternative that works aswell. This rose balm does just as good a job preventing my lips from feeling sore, but it's much thinner like vaseline and so comfortable on the lips. It doesn't clag and collect in the corners of my mouth. You only need the tiniest amount, I just touch the balm without rubbing and it's enough. This tin is going to last so long! Once on it last a reasonable amount of time. The scent is very nice and subtle, I do wish it was a tad stronger as I cant get enough of rose. The tin is so easy to open too, nothing like the awful vaseline tins. I've not struggled once and my hands dont grip very well, so bonus points for that. And it has no taste which is good. I cant recommended this enough, I've bought a couple of tins and will put it in my subscribed items.

This is by far the best lip balm ever, it stays on the lips for ages, sometimes when I wake up I still have a tiny bit left if I put a big amount. It doesn't feel greasy or smears around. I tried it on the skin on the face just to try, I didn't like it, when I woke up it hadn't absorbed and it felt like it was clogging my pores, I washed my face and it was just normal. But great for the lips. The smell is not overpowering and it doesn't have a big taste either, it smells like roses.

Beautifully scented, and very soothing for dry, flaky fingers and lips.

I love this salve it tastes and smells nice & lasts quite well, the tin is attractive too but compared to rose Vaseline (a similar product) it is a quite expensive

I used to buy this from the apothecary in Haworth donkeys years ago. It cost a fortune then (£6! For a lip balm!) and was quite the viral sensation of its day - in the 00s everyone had one in their bag. Absolutely delighted to find it on Amazon at half the price it was then, and that's not taking inflation into account. Still smells lovely - like smearing Turkish delight on your face/hands/wherever takes your fancy - and still excellent for adding moisture to same. My cuticles particularly love this. Absolutely recommended!

Very good - beautiful tin. Bought 3 for friends. A good find, smoother than vaseline, penetrates well and the rose is mild-natural and fine for lips.

Unfortunately does nothing to hydrate dry lips. Doesn't last very long and needs frequent repeat application. Doesn't have a tint either, which was disappointing. The silver lining is the lovely tin it comes in, and the mild rose scent which is not overpowering. Wouldn't be buying again - not great value for money.

Love this tiny pot of balm, it smells of roses in a good way - not artificial. Handy size to put in your bag, and makes lips feel softer. It will last along time as you don't need much on.

Ich hab schon viele Lippencremes, -balms ausprobiert. Das hier ist eindeutig der beste! Und irre: so ergiebig, dass ich jetzt nach 3 Jahren erst wieder nachkaufen musste. Wer den nicht kauft,... dann weiß ich auch nicht. :)

The salve came long before the expected date. Considering it had to travel across the ocean.... that's fast. Packaging is adorable and easy to open. Currently using it before I sleep and have found it helps me with dry lips. Thank you for being more affordable than any of the options in my area. 🤗🤩

Tin came a little dented but the product was nicely sealed and flawless. Fairly fast shipping too: I received it in a week. I love the subtle scent and how it's not sticky! Plus, the tin is really easy to open which is not always the case with tin products. I've actually used the zam-buk from the same brand, and the tin was one of my favourite parts. :P
