My favorite melatonin supplement - sweet dreams!
They work very well. Oils and spray may work a little faster, but I like the capsules better now. Easy to take. I sleep much better when I take them. However, I wouldn't recommend taking them in the middle of the night if you have to get up early, because you may feel very tired in the morning or throughout the day. The dosage seems just right, doesn't need to be higher.

Ordering my third bottle
I’m about to order my third bottle, this works perfectly for me for occasional use! It helps me fall asleep and then I’m usually good from there. The pills are smooth, tiny, and easy to take. I don’t have any negative side effects. I find them especially helpful when I have a cold as melatonin is supposed to be good for the immune system and it’s always hard to fall asleep when I’m sick.

Works well compared to other brands/types!
I’ve tried the liquid, the gummy melatonin and they leave me with a side effect of grogginess in the morning. This brand is wonderful! I have even taken two doses and even though I sleep well, I do not get that groggy feeling when I get wake up. I have used this for my 88-year-old mother and it has improved her sleep as well!

I like this melatonin
3mg melatonin is the ideal dosage for me. I get sleepy in 1 hour, no weird dreams or mid-sleep wakefulness, and the next morning I'm awake and ready to face the morning. I take it with magnesium glycinate, which also helps me fall asleep. Tiny capsule, no weird smell or taste. Been taking it for 3 months with no side effects, just good sleep.
