Anti Snore Therapeutic Acupressure Stop Snoring Ring, Medium1 Units

I used to snore so loudly I would waken the dead and I was literally driving my wife mad with my snoring so I thought I had to try it. I read the reviews for this and couldnt believe I had never heard of the product. At £10 it was worth a punt. I don't know why it works but from the first time I wore the ring, my snoring stopped. It is now 4 weeks on and I have had a few occasions where I have made some noises but not enough to waken anyone. I must stress that you should measure your ring size before ordering and you can print off a chart from a Google search. The first one I bought was a small as I am a male of 5 ft 6 inches but it was too tight. It is a adjustable but was still a bit uncomfortable. One night I took it off as it was a bit tight and my wife said that I was snoring again. (She didn't know I had taken it off). Next day I ordered a medium sized one once I measured my size and it has worked every night since arriving. I don't know if it works for everyone but it has been perfect for me and I have a great nights sleep every night as I don't get woken up by my better half any more. At £10 it is worth trying. Read the instructions as you need to wear it on different hands depending on male or female. ps This is my first ever review of an Amazon product but felt I had to as it has helped me immensely.

Used it 2 nights running....it didn't prevent or even reduce my snoring in fact my fiancé said it was worse than ever....and he didn't even know I had this ring on!! I wanted to have an honest opinion about the results so I didn't tell him I wore it...just asked him the next morning if I snored last night to which he replied yes..it was awful. The next day I didn't even so him because he woke me up about 7 times during the night in pure frustration and said it was worse than ever! !! I then told him what I had tried..and he just laughed...that I would ever think that a ring would stop such a problem! ! And I now agree. ..it was useless!!

This product fits well on the little finger, it seems to be stainless steel coating perhaps the copper is underneath that. Any way the ring does not colour the finger as copper would. I have found it has reduced my snoring but not entirely, I seem to be sleeping easier and don't wake as often wearing this ring. Possibly there has been an improvement in sinus congestion also, but again the ring has not relieved this completely. I would say its definitely worth a try. For me any relief even if small is better than no relief at all. I will continue to wear this ring during sleep. I ordered the medium ring which I wear on the smallest size, the 2 ends meeting together, I am 11 stone. I have ordered a 2nd ring in the small size as a back up this also fits my little finger, I've not tried it for comparison yet.

Er, can't quite believe this thing, but it works very well on me. I fit it on the little finger on my right hand (left hand for ladies apparently!?) half way between the knuckle and the first joint. The ring has a gap in it so you can fairly easily prise it slightly to fit better, or get it off if it gets stuck. Spent a week sharing a room whilst on holiday, during which I ended up with a Cold (from the aircraft air con, it seems). Apparently I was snoring away the first two nights, and then when wearing this for the rest of the week the most noise I made was a few individual 'grunts'. I should say that I'm an Engineer and don't believe in 'energy paths' and other New Age stuff, but I'm told by medical professional friends that acupressure nerve manipulation is actually scientific (despite the way it is often described by its practitioners). I was healthily sceptical at first, but the stark evidence is it that it works totally for me (I mean for those who have to witness me when I'm asleep)!

My husband kept waking me up with his snoring so we thought we'd give this a try, worth a go for the price. It kind of works, has definitely reduced the amount/noise level but hasn't completely stopped it. So all in all, yes it works but not a miracle total cure.

This is, without doubt, the worst purchase I've ever made on Amazon. A truly awful product! Upon the first day of wearing the ring it turned my finger green (see other reviews) due to the cheap metal it is made from. I have followed all the instructions how to use it effectively but it simply does not work for me. Have tried it on both hands as it does suggest that, makes no difference! My partner has said there is little to no difference whatsoever, and I am still snoring loudly. A complete and utter waste of money - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Was a bit pessimistic about if it would help. I have Sleep Apnea and although I am connected to my CPAP machine at night, I regularly seem to end up throwing if off during the night and have found that when I do this, the little ring actually does help... according to my husband that is! I'm about to order a 2nd one, as I keep mislaying it and my husband always 'knows' when it's missing! So yes, this is definitely a great item for me and can recommend this for others.

Didn't work for me. My SO still heard me snoring. I tried on both hands but it was no help. Also, the instructions you get use the tiniest font so they can have instructions in multiple languages. Really hard to read. But, for $15 it was worth a shot. But the shot missed the mark.

J'ai l'habitude d'utiliser des boules Quiès en cire pour avoir travailler de nuit quasiment toute ma carrière professionnelle et donc dormi dans la journée ,mais elles protègent assez mal des ronflements de mon époux aussi j'ai voulu essayer les modèles "sleepdeep" Alpine mais à ma grande déception elles sont complètement inéfficaces par rapport justement aux boules Quiès que l'on trouve partout ,en pharmacies ,hypermarchés....... voilà 12 euros de perdus !!!!!!!!! dommage

Purtroppo mia moglie dice che non funziona per cui la notte continua a sentirmi russare. Io non mi sento naturalmente, ma lei si lamenta ancora.
