Not suitable to eat
Says on bottle for external use only, I bought it to add in marinades, so not suitable, which isn't clear on the website advertising, I'm not the only one who has made this mistake.

Surprisingly good for hair
I bought it for my hair, leave it on overnight and my hair feels soft and looks shinny! I would recommend. There isn't a strong smell and didn't really feel any burn or itch given that I have very sensitive skin, I am happy with this oil

Good for... hair
Full disclosure, I don't think this is what it's intended for but a friend recommended it for hair. I have bleached hair which periodically gets really dry. I apply this to my hair around once a month and leave it on overnight (just put a towel on the pillow); after washing it off my hair looks shiny and feels soft. The smell isn't amazing but I think that's just because we're all used to super perfumed products, this is just natural oil. Would definitely recommend it for hair, not sure about other uses.

Not too strong and a proper bottle!
Usually this oil is only available in flimsy plastic bottles. Not so this one. Not too strong and very good used judiciously in suitable curries.
