The most best obd bidirectional scanner for diy and intermediate mechanics and
I'm a master mechanic and consider this scanner is a very trouble shooting computer and self explanatory for any man or woman who is either a do it yourself person, intermediate mechanic or even one in training as an apprentice.Get them one of these. I'm even curious as to technology their top of the line bi-directional scanner has to offer for we're subcontracted with 21 Auto companies. However for the budget and price. Nothing matches what it has to offer. With easy registration and download times upon wifi Thank you.

Good product, even for a shade tree mechanic
This item appears to be well built and has many useful functions. I am an old school “shade tree” mechanic who is not as up-to-date as a Gen Z’er; I currently use a code reader purchased in 2010 that just reads codes. I have used this unit on three cars (2001 – 2006) and found that it was easy to do a scanning diagnosis. It will also scan systems that my cars do not have like climate control and traction control. There are other procedures that it will do that I’m not familiar with – though I’m trying to learn. There are many extra functions (besides reading codes) that the unit will do, but I just don’t understand them all at this time. I will have to do more on-line research to find out how to interpret the data because the instruction manual that was included is not that detailed. I can explain it this way…I go to the doctor and get an EKG. I know what an EKG is, but don’t know how to interpret the data. Overall, I think this is a good product.

Scan all vehicles
Easy to use and works on rare European models. Bluebooth connection makes work enjoyable. Can print and email results.

That really its a great tool
I liked everything that this scanner offered but just not enough for the vehicle I am working on the touch screen is great as far as the technical help they are probably great too we just could not link together because of the time difference, although even if we could have linked I don't believe they could have helped with the problem I had. Foxwell is a great company and very understanding and are willing to work with people for any trouble and to help trouble shoot/.

It's a must buy if you work on cars
Absolutely love the scanner. It has all the features that I wanted and needed. Updates are easy to do. The scanner it's self is easy to use. Couldn't be happier

Amazing Tool, I'm pleasantly surprised
Performs actuation on older and newer fords, communicates and provides actual data and values with transmission module on a 2020 Camaro ZL1, Actuates a 2013 BMW 135i Adaptive headlights, and a 2012 Mini Cooper JCW.

Software has a lot of features. Hardware is a little bit lacking
I own several scan tools in there 300 to $1,000 range. This scan tool is not really overpriced for what you get. However, there is other alternatives that I might would buy versus this one here, but given the fact that you get 3 years of free updates and it does cost a little bit less than the ones I recommend, I can say that if you bought the scan to your probably going to like all of it bdirectional controls and other capabilities that it has to offer. As far as the hardware, it feels pretty solidly made but doesn't feel quite premium as some other scan tools and it's range feel to your hand. Also, the memory in the unit is a little lacking. With that even said it's really not necessarily an issue with the memory, but it's just something to be aware of. Overall it scan tool gets a 4 out of five stars and and I would say before you buy. Just do a nice comparing contrast between other scan tools to see if you think this is the right one for you.
